The clear moral and ethical principles of economic development within all societies have been set out in the Vedas along with progressive lives , including education , a learning of all kinds, which brings social and spiritual mobility for everyone

How one should lead to another are all the arrangements of Divinity.
The problems we have in the modern world is , cheating economics its not based on Goodness , ethics, and moralistic standards. Rather, exploitation, corruption, and encroachments on others and their lands .
The demons say, “Why pray to God for daily bread , we can give it to you , forget God , forget being pious ….just grab what you can in any way you can ….” But look at their world ….the cheaters and the cheated , ruthless businessman who are kings of the world…..it cannot last , unsustainable economics for fools , who care nothing for future generations.

“In the Communist country the propaganda was that these Communists would go to villages, ask the villagers to come to the church and pray to God, “Give us our daily bread,” and they would ask, “Whether you have got bread?” Of course, in the church where is the bread? They will say, “No, we haven’t got bread.” “All right, you ask us.” And they ask the Communist leader, “Give us our daily bread,” and they give sumptuously. “Why should you go to church?”

They preached godlessness in this way, that “You are not getting bread from the church; you are getting bread from us. Why not worship Lenin and his followers? He gave sufficient bread.” In this way they tried to make people godless, that “Don’t go to church.” Still their propaganda.”

Today, we have atheistic capitalists and societies that follow scientific materialism as well as the Darwinian hypothesis . Societies are caught up in the world of controlled markets,  monopolies, and global conglomerates , who are  calling the shots .There are no free market economics,  just cheating after cheating and stealing from others lands . Real sustainability comes from only  ethical Dharma. That’s the Vedic way.

In the Srimad Bhagavatam 1 2.19 and 1.2 20 the psychological conditionings are described as well as freedom from them , and the establishment of Suddha sattva , a pure consciousness state that in communion with God though devotion acts with the mind , intelligence , and purified senses ,  is brought out within these texts . Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has written commentary on them .

Text 19 (Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 1.2.19)

tadā rajas-tamo-bhāvāḥ
kāma-lobhādayaś ca ye
ceta etair anāviddhaṁ
sthitaṁ sattve prasīdati [1]

Translation:

“As soon as irrevocable loving service is established in the heart, the effects of nature’s modes of passion and ignorance—such as lust, desire and hankering—disappear from the heart. Then the devotee is established in goodness, and he becomes completely happy.” [1, 2]

Text 20 (Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam 1.2.20)

evam prasanna-manaso
bhagavad-bhakti-yogatah
bhagavat-tattva-vijnanam
mukta-sangasya jayate [1]

Translation:

According to Srimad-Bhagavatam 1.2.20, one who is established in goodness through devotional service attains scientific knowledge of the Supreme Lord and freedom from material attachment,

Spiritual life does not mean zero ..

There must be activities,  one cannot artificially stop the mind and senses,  but rather find out the way to link them with the activities of the Supreme Brahman , He is known by many names and by His many activities . Activities can cause increasing trancendental bliss or, in material consciousness, they can helplessly bind the actor.  Thus, it behoves us all to learn how to act , and everyone should learn and turn to Divinity and say ” How can I please you ” His pure representatives can help guide.

In Vedic cultures, we say everyone has to and is accepting an authority of some kind , no-one is absent of authority..The question arising is who is your authority and why , and importantly who are their authority .These far-reaching authority structures permeate the whole of societal affairs . The head of the authorities must be properly situated , and Bhagavad Gita sets out clearly their specific behaviour and qualities. Krishna knows the art of spiritual and socio-political sciences, and He Himself works through His agencies as well as clearly defining how everything works. Everything for mankind has been spoken of , there is nothing absent , accept for the willingness to hear ….

AC Bhavtivedanta Swami in conversation….

Prabhupāda: “…so we have got our authority.” I have got my authority, Bhāgavatam, Vedic literature. Why shall I give you better preference, your authority? I have got my authority.”

Svarūpa Dāmodara:” So we’ll explain that there are two types of acquiring knowledge. Two different techniques. Now the scientists are believing their own…”

Prabhupāda:” That is imperfect. Inductive knowledge is always imperfect. Deductive knowledge is perfect if it is taken from authority. Suppose man is mortal. So, the inductive process is that you examine every man, whether he’s mortal or immortal. So suppose you have seen millions of men, and they are all mortal. They die. Then your conclusion is that man is mortal. But I can say you have not seen a man who does not die. I can say that. So, this inductive knowledge will remain always imperfect. It will never be perfect because your examination is limited. So I can say you have not seen the person, man… Suppose if I say, “You have not seen Vyāsadeva, he’s immortal. You have not seen Aśvatthāmā. He’s immortal.” So how can this scientific research be perfect, inductive? It is never perfect. Because you may be missing somebody who is immortal; then your conclusion is wrong. There is no scope to study all the living beings. There is no such scope. You have limited scope. So your seeing power is limited. How can you decide from the limited seeing power?. Suppose man is mortal. So, the inductive process is that you examine every man, whether he’s mortal or immortal. No one has monopolies on spiritual life , but one thing is your devotion and devotional activities must please your spiritual teacher or spiritual master , and your spiritual master has to be in a chain of spiritual teachers or masters. Spiritual life has both formalities and eventually when purity comes about , spontaneous love, but nothing independent.

śṛṇvatāṁ sva-kathāḥ kṛṣṇaḥ
puṇya-śravaṇa-kīrtanaḥ
hṛdy antaḥ stho hy abhadrāṇi
vidhunoti suhṛt satām

Translation

Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the Personality of Godhead, who is the Paramātmā [Supersoul] in everyone’s heart and the benefactor of the truthful devotee, cleanses desire for material enjoyment from the heart of the devotee who has developed the urge to hear His messages, which are in themselves virtuous when properly heard and chanted

A lame man can move mountains. A dumb man can compose eloquent poetry… don’t limit yourself ,  but equally be content in devotional services,  whatever they may be .

The implications of Srila Bhaktisiddhanta pointing out the calculations of astrology by not properly understanding the scheduled movements of planets .

“Srila Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati Thakura’s pointed out the flaws in astrological calculations, particularly regarding the failure to properly account for the precession of the equinoxes (the moving zodiac/ayanamsa) versus the fixed stars (sidereal), has several significant implications. His, and later A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada’s, critiques were aimed at shifting the focus from material fatalism to absolute dependence on spiritual, transcendental activity. 

Here are the key implications of his stance:

• Correction of “Fixed” vs. “Moving” Planets (Ayanamsa): Bhaktisiddhanta Saraswati highlighted that conventional astrology often ignored the shift between the tropical (ayan) and sidereal (nirayan) zodiacs. By insisting on precise, mathematically sound calculations (as in the Surya-siddhanta), he underscored that neglecting the precession of the equinoxes (the moving planets/constellations) makes astronomical calculations outdated and inaccurate.
• Marginalization of Fate and Materialism: The fundamental implication is that relying on astrological charts, which are based on “material karma,” is a sign of immature understanding. He emphasized that a devotee is not bound by mundane stellar influences. Astrology, at best, applies to the material body, but the soul is free.
• Emphasis on “Transcending” Rather than “Managing” Karma: Instead of using astrology to calculate the best time for material actions (a key focus in the materialist world), Bhaktisiddhanta taught that one should transcend planetary influence altogether through surrender to God (Krishna).
• The Inadequacy of “Blind” Astrology: By highlighting these calculation errors, he pointed out that many practitioners of astrology are incompetent, leading people to “bogus” conclusions.
• Superiority of Spiritual Action: The ultimate implication is that the Sankirtan movement (congregational chanting) is the only truly effective “remedy” in the Kali-yuga, as it directly acts on the soul and alters destiny, rendering even “accurate” astrological predictions unnecessary. “
• Many devotees  are overly concerned and place a great emphasis on their astrological situations  as something very important to take account of . Some of them overly concern themselves and make it their astrological business to try to avoid suffering and look forward to happy astrological happiness and their influences  . It is not a real concern for serious devotees who cultivate trancendental consciousness and serve the pure Vaisnavas , for them trancendental consciousness predominants . The Smarta Brahminical classes always overly rely on  misinterpreted tools and misinterpreted sastra in order to reassure themselves , and they rely on karma rather than trancendance .  If they approach trancendance,  they ask for material benefits , so not so smart . They do not have sufficient faith or an understanding of what devotional activities are really offering .   Individuals within the confines of matter and a set of karmic synchronicities are meant to climb out of karma by devotion . A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada said, “Clap your hands before the Deities everything changes “
• Prarabdha and Aprarabdha karmic destinations both change . The smarta thinker can not understand these types of devotional sciences

The modern Western economies, global conglomerates and monopolised societies led by libertine culture, means , if you want to partake in shared economies , you have to surrender your traditional family based theological cultures, you have to introduce libertine cultures or you are sanctioned, or you are fought against. This is the modern Western world. Scientific dualism is nowhere to be seen, rather scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis rules the roost ..and the Sattvic intelligentsia are silenced. One world, one life ,one death , every becomes dust and atoms , the dust snd atom reincarnation model …atheistic.

Modern Western economies and global systems heavily promote secular, materialist, and individualist frameworks. These dominant structures often clash with traditional theological, family-centered, or non-materialist worldviews, creating systemic pressures that marginalize alternative philosophical models. Core Philosophical Conflict .. Scientific materialism and physicalist models dominate mainstream academic and economic institutions. Market dynamics favour mobile, autonomous consumers over communal, multi-generational family structures. Public policy and corporate cultures largely operate on secular assumptions, sidelining sacred or metaphysical principles. Systemic Pressures. Global markets reward standard legal, financial, and behavioural  norms that align with corporate mobility. Media and consumer culture spread secular values worldwide, often displacing local or religious traditions.  Philosophical views rooted in cyclical rebirth or spiritual dualism receive little institutional support.

I shall gather some evidence re the inexplicable and trancendental oneness and difference between Srimati Radharani and Satyabhama in Dwarka
This is Prabhupada teachings of Lord Caitanya quote below..and I have the book ” Mathura meets Vrndavana”  by Srila Gour Govinda Swami, I will refresh myself of his teachings of prema vivarta ..trancendental union in separation…

My feeling is

Radharani knew Krishna could not exist without Her and vice verser …so in Dwarka Radharani expansion as Satyabhama arrives to satisfy somewhat Their separation from each other ..
So these arrangements came about , a  trancendental lila ..
..the simultaneously and inconceivably oness and difference tattva, I think we will see permeate this tattva…the tatva of Prema vivarta is present in this lila , simultaneous union and separation . The dream of Krishna leaving Vrndavana is also to be considered.  Krishna’s dreams become a reality,  but its understood Krishna never leaves Vrndavana. It’s also a fact that dreams appear to go on for a long time , but are factually seconds in time . When Krishna steps out of Vrndavana in His ” dream ” to reorganise the earth and reestablish religious principles,  Vrndavana remains in eternal time . Hundreds of years are a flicking moment within the eternal spiritual world. So what time period was Srimati Radharani waiting for Krishna ?  and as Satyabhama was she waiting,   it appears  she experienced elements of prema Vivarta,  direct union and separation from Krishna. The mysterious writing and plays of Rupa Goswami are looking to teach us trancendental tattva..

An over emphasis on the oness or the difference would be incorrect tattva when it comes to Radharani and Satyabhama.

Srila Prabhupada

“In Govinda-līlāmṛta there is a verse that states: “Who is the breeding ground for Kṛṣṇa’s affection? The answer is that it is only Śrīmatī Rādhikā. Who is Kṛṣṇa’s most lovable object? The answer is that it is only Śrīmatī Rādhikā and no one else.” Sheen in the hair, moisture in the eyes and firmness in the breasts are all qualities present in Śrīmatī Rādhikā. Only Śrīmatī Rādhikā is able to fulfil all the desires of Kṛṣṇa. No one else can do so.

Satyabhāmā is another competitor of Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī, but she always desires to come to the standard of Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. Rādhārāṇī is so expert in all affairs that all the damsels of Vraja come to learn arts from Her. She is so extraordinarily beautiful that even the goddess of fortune and Pārvatī, the wife of Lord Śiva, desire elevation to Her standard of beauty. Arundhatī, who is known as the most chaste lady in the universe, desires to learn the standard of chastity from Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī. Since even Lord Kṛṣṇa can not estimate Rādhārāṇī’s highly transcendental qualities, it is not possible for an ordinary man to estimate them.”

Thus, Krishna sits on His rooftop house in Dwarka thinking about the residents of Vraj and Radharani and the gopies with tears flowing down his cheeks and calls for Uddhava to deliver His messages of love .

And at Kurukshetra Srimati Radharani says , That very personality who stole away my heart during my youth is now again my master. These are the same moonlit nights of the month of Caitra. The same fragrance of malati flowers is there, and the same sweet breezes are blowing from the kadamba  forest. I am also the same lover, yet still my mind is not happy here. I am eager to go back to that place on the bank of the Reva under the Vetasi tree. That is my desire.”

This is a “virtual world ” that we find ourselves in , it is accompanied by sound waves , lightwaves ,  nerve impulses , and everything reactionary via electrical impules , signals that travel to the neurons within our brains so our entrapped consciousness sitting in the machine of the body makes sense of the world and is convinced its a reality. This is engineering out of this world,  yet brought to the world,  curiously the original designer is sitting in each machine , and plugging the conscious experience into it . Each of the electrical signals travels at colossal speed and hooked up to our minds and intelligence , the ethereal subtle machines .We are situated within a subtle machine that is situated within the gross one made of atoms , elements, and compounds. According to the Vedas , our partial minds and intelligences have been carried forward from a previous virtual reality machine we once inhabited. At the time of rebirth, the influences of the previous mind and intelligence are reprogrammed and mixed with two new parents and their subtle influences. The gross  machinery of the body is  discarded at death , but the partial subtle energies live on in  percentages and this is why we have deep impressions of life from early age and particular attractions in so many ways , even old friends or lover can unite again . This is the reality of living in the material world , but 99.9 % of the populations are in total ignorance of lifes reality , they are taught scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis , so they are dead to truth . We all know that at any time, all of our experiences and exchanges of information will cease , and that’s what is referenced as death, yet we do little about it .

Yantra is a word used by Lord Krishna in his Bhagavat Gita , it means  the machine of the material body , and it is granted by material nature .  Just as we are in complete forgetfulness of what our  current machine was experiencing a few weeks ago , can you say what you did and thought of in detail .? ..No .. So , similarly, death means forgetfulness , but of everything . Although the deep impressions and deep-seated desires and traits of previous experiences stay within , as our  new body arrives . Again, the subtle energies fire up, but this time in a brand new machine .  Many persons experience in their new bodies and lives , a particular affiliation for a time period ,  or an attraction to particular music , geographical places , time periods , or even special attractions for individual people , this is some objective truths , the Darwinians cannot account for such feelings .

The body carries with it our individual karmic synchronicities , and the previous responses that are due to us from the responsive universe are to be lived out in our new virtual reality machine .

The Bhagavad Gita gives the full details and the reasons for all these comings and goings. As well , the Bhagavad Gita also explains how an absolute reality can be experienced outside the virtual one .Srila AC Bhavtivedanta Swami Prabhupada explains all in his Bhagavad Gita as it is.

The original intention of the arts of all kinds , and the best purposes of its messaging or imagery are realised when a particular exhibition induces people to think or feel differently about a particular subject ,  or in much deeper terms , deep philosophically based musings can occure reflecting on the many mysterious life happenings that surround us , both locally or universally. The greatest of the artist messaging  will always be worthy to hear or see or contemplate . Human beings need to be encouraged to think carefully and deeply, and with sensitivities for all brings , artisans help in this mindset .The Vedas have particular portions dedicated to the arts and their crucial messaging. Good art is also based on dualism and the in-depth searches for answers. Good art also reflects the beauty and mysterious workings of our universe and will always point to a reasoning behind everything.

In these days of scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis , indicating one life one death , the arts and the artists have sadly declined in quality and have become a shadow of their former selves . There are no mass protests even if mass killings take place , not like the 1960s. Artists have become shallow and accepting and are embedded into a perverse system.
We see even politically, the artists of today are in a sorry state , they are commercially driven and careful not to upset the apple cart .
Unlike, for instance, John Lennon among others in the mid-60s .

The trancendental pure sounds of the Vedas are understood on many different levels . Divinity Himself also has unlimited names, which are given to Him by His pure devotees, and He accepts . If God accepts a name given by His pure devotees,  then He becomes fully present within it . The full presence is experienced by the sincere vibrations of the chanter . Sat cit ananda  , eternal knowledge and bliss , is within Gods names, and the  particular names can bring specific knowledge of Divinity.  Divinity is said to be complete , more complete, and most complete. Relationships and the intimacy of relationships differ within family and societal affairs, likewise, relationships with God . God is unlimited and manifests unlimitedly .He is mysteriously present everywhere but nowhere . Naturally , each relationship is perfectly satisfying  to the particular devotees , but each differ , and that is another marvel of God . He expands into many, i.e. , the countless individual beings , and although the many are one, they are also different from God .Srila Jiva Goswami says that God makes the impossible possible. This trancendental phenomenon has been defined  within the Vedas as inconceivably and simultaneously oneness and differences. The example of the sun and the photons of light could be given as an example to try to understand.

This verse gives an understanding of the trancendental names of Divinity , and how in this particular age , Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu has revealed the most complete form of Krishna ,  within His names , every rasa or relationship is present along with the spiritual world of Vrndavana.

nāma cintāmaṇiḥ kṛṣṇaś
caitanya-rasa-vigrahaḥ
pūrṇaḥ śuddho nitya-mukto
’bhinnatvān nāma-nāminoḥ

“ ‘The holy name of Kṛṣṇa is transcendentally blissful. It bestows all spiritual benedictions, for it is Kṛṣṇa Himself, the reservoir of all pleasure. Kṛṣṇa’s name is complete, and it is the form of all transcendental mellows. It is not a material name under any condition, and it is no less powerful than Kṛṣṇa Himself. Since Kṛṣṇa’s name is not contaminated by the material qualities, there is no question of its being involved with māyā. Kṛṣṇa’s name is always liberated and spiritual; it is never conditioned by the laws of material nature. This is because the name of Kṛṣṇa and Kṛṣṇa Himself are identical.’

The knowledge of the Vedas is revealed through trancendental sound , “Sabdha Brahma ” pure sound reveals everything of the material and spiritual energies and their origins. These two verses indicate that by God’s grace, if we have a service attitude and are humble, many aspects of the Vedas can be understood.

This is the decent of knowledge by grace .

• SB 11.21.36: The Vedic sound is described as extremely difficult to understand, manifesting in different forms within the vital air (prāṇa), senses, and mind. It is described as unfathomable, deep, and infinite, likened to the ocean .
• SB 11.21.37: The Supreme Lord, present within all living entities, personally establishes the Vedic sound—the form of omkara—within everyone. It is perceived subtly within, similar to a how a spider spins its webb from within itself.

Krishna consciousness means to understand that we are all in absolute reality,  blissful portions of Brahman that are currently covered by another portion of the Supreme Brahman’s energy called the Mahatattva . The Mahatattva are  the total  unmanifested and manifested portions of the  material energies . These provide the responsive universe and the many possibilities that are linked to the ethereal desires along with our works and deeds within the world of matter .Both Brahman energies stem from the supreme Brahman,  and are both one and different from Him .These sciences of consciousness and the psychological conditionings of entrapment are thoroughly explained by the originator Lord Krishna ,  as well as the reasons why .We should understand we put ourselves here, not Krishna directly . As we look out, we see the workings of Brahman,  which is awarding a portion of itself. It’s a wrapping of the blissful consciousness , and the sat cit ananda original state has become somehow entangled.  Spiritual life simply means studying why and finding the way out . Curiously, John Lennon had the solutions in his song ” All you need is love ” .

Krishna consciousness means to revive or to develop love for the Supreme Personality of Godhead,  automatically by love everything is revealed and everything is overcome.

Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita.

Bg. 9.34

मन्मना भव मद्भ‍क्तो मद्याजी मां नमस्कुरु ।
मामेवैष्यसि युक्त्वैवमात्मानं मत्परायण: ॥ ३४ ॥

man-manā bhava mad-bhakto
mad-yājī māṁ namaskuru
mām evaiṣyasi yuktvaivam
ātmānaṁ mat-parāyaṇaḥ

Synonyms

Translation

Engage your mind always in thinking of Me, become My devotee, offer obeisances to Me and worship Me. Being completely absorbed in Me, surely you will come to Me.

The point being if you love someone properly, you will never forget them .

Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has explained all in his literature,  as do the Gaudia Vaisnava acaryas and devotees.

In philisophical terms ..chanting……. the
Scriptures say “Steel framed hearts that feel no emotions , are a problem, ” Srila Gour Govinda Swami used to say something like ” owl like consciousness , keeping oneself in self centred darkness, ” therefore come out …he would say ..
That’s one extreme. ….

And the overly emotional sahajiya based on misunderstanding Krishna and His trancendental position is another extreme….they are thinking Krishna and His associates have bodies and emotions like theirs …but a tiny piece of chipped glass or a unimaginable huge beautiful diamond ….no comparison
The balance in spiritual attempts should be to develop emotions with a genuine attempt of rendering service’s with some bhakti for Krishna along with some knowledge of sastra , and this is achieved by following the devotees, the genuine Sri Guru , and the previous acaryas through Nityananda prabhu and Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu.
