Even materially you can have the Bible , Koran, Torah or Bhagavad Gita in your room , but if you don’t read them or follow their instructions a little benefit will be there , but your consciouseness and attitudes needs to change , in doing so Krishna says, you will see Me in everything and everything in Me. Ultimately, when one is a pure devotee, one can enter and understand the spiritual world even whilst supposing to have a material body .

Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur indicates in his purport of Bhagavad Gita 1.11 , that Arjuna thought Dharma sastra ( duties ) were more important than Artha sastra ( political considerations ). However, Krishna indicated above both are the Jnana Sastra , * (development of philosophical and spiritual widom ) and was more important . Krishna indicated to Arjuna that with Jnana Sastra knowledge , he would be well able to discriminate on how to apply a successful application of knowledge based on dualism and the ultimate considerations that he should hold in his heart as the topmost importance, beyond body mind and material considerations. . The problems we all face are forgetting our ultimate relationship with God and putting other plans within the mortal world above the plan and wishes of our most intimate well wisher , Lord Krishna. The Artha sastra indicates how political structure should operate , but such structures also have elements of Dharma, which means they must be properly carried out duties within morality and ethical standards. If those who practice politics discard Dharma, they should be rejected as hopeless leaders who will bring great harm . Ultimately, only jnana sastra can help one understand Dharma and Artha sastra . Jnana, also when linked with pure Bhakti, can take one to the trancendental knowledge of Krishna… and ultimately to spontaneously loving Divinity .
Certainly, in today’s society, we see a vast array of conflicting views on what should be correctly viewed as justified and fair political structures and practices . Also, there are debates on how one should regard commitments to duties and responsibilities in family and social relationships . Liberalisation can change everything for the worse , especially if scientific materialism is at its heart .We can also say with the introduction of subjective sciences wherein speculations are accepted as fact based science and best guessing is held in high asteem , and with logic with rationale appearing to take second place , things are going a little off track to say the least when it come to bone fide methods of aquiring knowledge .

The Darwinians suppose life is somehow and automatically selecting best options , this can be said somewhat true in regards to microevolution . That’s OK….we are not all extensively preaching… Each to their own ….and we respect their sentiments. But we respectfully disagree because the Vaiṣṇavas find newer and newer meanings to applications of Sastra, and both the Srimad Bhagavatam and the Caitanya Caritamrta are forever expanding such is the power and purity of Mahaprabhu’s devotees

But equally, the Vedic students understand the principles of non-violence all around to every living being . The process of successful chanting is also given by Mahaprabhu, who has left us eight all-important verses to comprehend and act out in this regard.

However, the man with greater vision , an administrator , will understand those needs , and still further, another man , the philosophical and theological , will understand much greater aspects of humanities and the creatures needs in terms of the individual consciousness , in the human case , along with philosophical developments , and the environment needs of creatures . A bigger picture and the greater questions of life are understood by great thinkers , God always sees to it that such persons live alongside , they give the best directions.
Without having the right persons influences in the key positions , society becomes unbalanced and unsteady and unproductive . Greater ignorance of the key values and intolerance increases, essential knowledge as well as all-around education becomes stifled . The all important intelligentsia who have everyone’s interest at heart are silenced or pushed out , either by , political operators, fanatical religionists , or ultra Liberalists driven by business conglomorates who favour scientific materialism and atheistic Darwinian hypothesis . Truthful persons from every culture throughout history, or indeed any part of the universe, will be able to fully realise and relate to and understand truth happily together .
A person of truth includes everyone in their realisations of truth in their effection and in their care for all beings . Friends and enemies are conditioned consciousness expressions in absolute terms . Indeed , in the Vedas it says from Lord Bramha the engineer of this universe down to the tiny insect , are all parts and parcels of the Supreme absolute truth who has expanded Himself into many but has not diminished in the slightest degree in any way . The purpose of His expansions is to increase His pleasure and share His sense of trancendental joy . Realising the truth lies in reciprocating and recognising the absolute truth in appreciation and love and understanding His purpose. When one can with proper attitude along with knowledge reciprocate with the absolute truth, every relative truth will automatically be understood . Everything living can be properly respected and harmonized . Nothing will be veiwed as separate from truth , everything having a connection with truth and we having a connection to everything thst has the same connection. Even the absence of truth is connected with the absolute truth , the Vedas call it maya the world of selfish deceit and illusions , it is one of the energies of truth , one who knows truth remains free from its influences.
