Unfair and exploitative encroachments are avoided , both locally, nationally, and internationally of the runaway businessmen who always need tempering. The political classes must have proper advice themselves , they can not be lone deciders .Various reference points are given by the intelligensia who guide the lifetime administration, whatever form it takes .Administration must be dedicated to all the citizens and have genuine care for all . That is the natural consciousness of a lifelong leader and, in former times, was a life long Autocratic king. The” kingly persons ” are always obliged to listen and be directed by an intelligentsia , a real team of scholars who are well versed in all of the sciences . They are termed as Brahminical scholars of consciousness alongside Vipras who were learned in different feilds. Primarily and most importantly, the sciences of dualism, mind , matter, and consciousness led the way . Scientific materialism was rejected as unfounded and unscientific , and indeed, it is , its highly speculative , the objective sciences show something entirely different to what it teaches . Also, the philosophy of science and objective sciences of every kind are understood by the broad intelligentsia. Krishna has three energies superior marginal and inferia, but since they all are Krishna’s energies they are Spiritual even so called Material energies. Matter is eternal , matter transforms but is never destroyed .
Maya means seeing things as separate from Krishna, false ownership, false identifications , the pure devotee is within the material energies but is not in Maya .
When Krishna comes to this world He may appear to be in within the material energies, but they are His energies and He does what He likes with them and the laws operating within them can change by His will .He appears in His original Spiritual form but that supreme form is covered by Yoga Maya , His supreme position is hidden , although occasionally exhibited as with the lifting of Govardhan hill or Lord Ramachandra floating rocks on the sea , these are exhibitions of his power and his manipulating His material energies.
Srila Jiva Goswami in his Bhagavad Sandarbha tells of how the material energies are Krishna’s energies so are not different from Him . When we see the world and its multiple energies being exhibited within predicted laws of physics and the” constants ” we should know this is the direct working of Krishna, ” Don’t see that tree ” said AC Bhavtivedanta Swami see Krishna.

The Vedic terms for states of consciousness are ….ana maya, pranna maya , jnana maya , vijnana maya, and ananda maya .
In English terms, these can be compared to a flower throughout its life , first covered by the soil , this is covered consciousness, then the flower is in bud , consciousness, this is budding consciousness, then the flower begins to bloom , this is blossoming consciousness, then the flower fully blossoms ,this is fully blooming consciousness.
The animals and other various creatures are categorised , they are considered to have covered consciousness, anu maya , and the unthinking human who is living like a sophisticated animal without any philosophical position is in shrunken consciousness , pranna maya . The human who considers life and its purpose correctly in terms of having a philosophical outlook are considered to be in budding consciousness , jnana maya . The human who has realised to. some degree of the glory of consciousness in connections to Divinity is in blossoming consciousness , vijnana maya . Finally, the human who has established a relationship in love with God is in fully blossoming consciousness. Ananda maya .
So literally, the science of consciousness and self realisation has been summarised fully within the Vedas and how to move through the different stages is described. Each of these categories is given a thorough analysis, and progressive and systematic steps are given by various Vedic thinkers and teachers . These steps are recommended according to specific stages of life to suit a particular purpose at a particular time . This enables and empowers everyone in their consciousness , thus a step by step guidance . One should seek an expert who is in Ananda maya consciousness to help , or any person who is further progressed than ourselves will help by association.
When Einstein says the measurement of intelligence is the ability to change, he makes an excellent point , the essence of all change is to change one’s conditioned nature into one’s spiritual nature , which takes intelligence. Albert Einstein also says religion without science is blind and science without religion is lame. Krishna agrees it’s difficult ” But by constant practice and detachment it’s done “
Krishna says, “I will help you. I will give you the intelligence with which you can come to me . Simply hear my messages “
And Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu says in this age” I will make it easy simply chant My Holy names with sincerity ” ” Associate with pure devotees hear and read the litratures of the param para acaryas and the Holy Names will give you a higher taste of spiritual bliss ” The windows of the spiritual worlds can open through the Names and litratures of Srila Rupa Goswami, Srila Ragganatha das Goswami and their followers in Gaudiya Vaisnava param para .

Only the genuine intelligentsia can sort it . The problems began a long time ago when the intelligentsia were pushed out of place , and unruly kings took their place , who were then later replaced by democracies that have been now infiltrated by ruthless businessman and the political puppies. They who are clueless in the art of administration of society and ignorant of the sciences of mind , matter, and consciousness and how they knit together perfectly with the social structures. It’s a society of the cheaters and cheated.
