We should understand what is meant by scientific dualism . This is a term to help those who are infected by scientific materialism to understand reality.
In real terms, the Vedas and Ramanujacarya say duality means seeing things other than Brahman, or Divinities energies, that’s similar to scientific materialism. The truth is the Supreme Brahman, Krishna, is endowed with multifarious energies. Matter is one of the energies of the Supreme Brahman, but the living beings, who are the individual consciousness particles within matter, are another one of His energies, thus scientific dualism. Apart from the material energies and the living beings , who are captivated by them , via their subtle false ego , there are the eternally situated spiritual energies , one could say the spiritual realms have a constitution of eternity ,sometimes referred to as antimatter. There is also an ultimate cause of all causes , both spiritual and material and also of consciousness itself . The fragmental particles of consciousness are expansions of Divinity , who is the Supreme Personality of Godhead . He is full of bliss and in knowledge of everything . Everyone and everything is totally supervised by Him either directly or indirectly as indicated in the Srimad Bhagavatam 1.1.1 He is the permitter and overseer all all affairs. These matters have been explained by Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in his Bhagavat Gita as it is.
