The eternal cyclic cycles are functional both within the spiritual and material realms,  the differences are in one cycle the atoms ,elements and compounds as well as the ethereal planes are rearranged forever,  and in the other realms the spiritual lilas are forever playing out .Every moment of the spiritual cycles are eternal yet moving in apparent time .
Krishna can never be compared to the common man , He is inconceivably situated in every sphere both within the superior,  marginal and inferia energies,  that are one and different from Him ..Don’t take limited capacities and bring them to the unlimited realms. The limited can know something of the unlimited by the unlimited mercy of the unlimited.
The Gaudia Vaisnava acaryas have elaborated upon the unlimited truths of the Vedas , both the absolute and relevant truths .Srila Rupa Goswami in his Lalita Madhava reveals something of this mystery.
