Laws within laws..
Every culture has its particular systems and internal arrangements for teaching and legislating for ethical and moral affairs, which are essential for societal development of every kind .When the Darwinian hypothesis became widespread , being taught as fact based sciences in schools, unfortunately, the churches began to empty . The uncultured and uneducated poorer classes are hit hard , by karmic calculations less previous piety means more struggle and less insights , and the holy men would bring valuable lessons. The laws of every land and culture are all originally based on theological cultures…thus we find similarities all over the world .There are broad agreements, that certain laws they must be followed wherever one is living . Although libertine culture brings the greatest watering down of spiritual knowledge and the essential disciplines that free troubled minds .Troubled minds are increasingly occurring in current times . Differences are developing, differences between atheistic scientific materialism and scientific dualism are playing out , for instance attitudes to divorce , or sex within or outside marriage, abortions , gay sex , etc etc . These important issues are being increasingly treated differently within cultures and countries. Some extremes are seen on both sides .
If someone has an affair and then divorced , or if a girl has sex outside marriage or is gay , the British laws and general society allow for it . There can never be social laws within cultures that can impose a penalty or punishment for doing so . Morality and the benefits of following are spiritually beneficial and psychologically uplifting. To protect families and everyone , the offering of scientific dualism should be taught. High spiritual values are spoken of by holy men in every theologically based cultures and should be done scientifically. The whole world is more or less based on some form of theological traditions .They all differ, but have a oneness about them . However such teachings cannot be legislated that persons must follow , with threats of violence if they dont ..…as some fanatical followers might want to ….Both the Jewish and Islamic faith as well as smarta Brahminical classes , can at times , at least some of them , assume themselves superior , as chosen people, and that the rest of the population are low life . ..This is the exact opposite consciousness of a truely godly person.. who sees the self-evident truth of the equality of all beings before Divinity. In Vedic culture, people could live in many ways , but leadership came from the highest places of cultures, spiritually and objective sciences were taught .
When one thinks himself superior religiously , such persons can give themselves a licence to do anything…Gazza is the prime example , or Islamic persons can do so-called honour killings ..and in Hinduism a birth means no social or spiritual mobility is ever allowed. All these things are based on ignorance.
Everyone should follow the rule of the government and the laws of the land in the country they live in , whether East or West… there can not be laws within laws . Multicultured societies are fine , but there are limits and restrictions on how liberal a society should be or how strictly individuals are to practice faith-based cultures. Freedom should be given but carefully administered in balanced ways based on the Sattvic intelligentsia assessment ..Vedic cultures welcome everyone and set paths for social and spiritual mobility based on systematic are carefully administered according to circumstances.
