Within Vedic cultures, you will repeatedly find statements about the importance of the Sattvic Brahminical intelligentsia as well as the pure Bhagavat Bhaktas , those who are unalloyed devotees of Krishna . These persons are free from envy of others, and indeed, they are the well wishers of all beings . The self-evident truth of the equality of all beings before Divinity is fully realised by them .They are well wishers of all and through their wisdom and learning can easily decipher the deceit of those who desire to break the status quo and who seek to establish their own speculative and exploitative ” authority ” on others .The kṣatriyas or the administrative and warrior classes of persons within Vedic cultures listened to exclusively the Sattvic intelligentsia along with the Bhagavat Bhaktas , and thus stability and protection was offered as well as social and spiritual mobility. Krishna in His Bhagavad Gita says He repeatedly comes or sends His representatives to reestablish sanity to the world. Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu recently established the Sankirtana movements meant to reinstill these universal and spiritual principles within current times . The work of demoniac elements within the world is clear , no one doubts the current insanity , with the world at war in one way of another . Killing of all kinds is evil , including the unnecessary killing of poor animals , thus” Thou shall not kill ”  if ond does , the universe reacts , although the atheistic following of scientific materialism or Darwinian hypothesis are clueless about the reacting universe .However,  some of the following of the “more subtle” quantum physics may be a bit more in tune .The many possibilities can be seen as the signal for karmic universal expressions.

The Sattvic intelligentsia and Bhagavat Bhaktas work is building day by day, and the general awareness and intelligence of the citizens of the world are changing for the good. This world and universe are under Divinities order ultimately , and sometimes fools are allowed some free reign,  but then authorities are established . This is done for the good , and the bad and ugly are legislated against.
