When it comes to bone fide, Gaudia Vaisnavism Sri Guru is one . It’s not a question of your guru , or my Guru , so spiritually , we are always safe . Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami made that clear in his first offering after the disappearance of Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja.  Sri Guru is present in many forms , Srila BR Sridhar Swami would say and if you want Krishna , Krishna will send Guru , Srila Gour Govinda Swami would say  ..The intensity of service and inquiry will vary , thus Diksa and Siksa Guru are generally  required  , as well as the all important Sastra sanga by our predominant acaryas , which are always required . By humble submission and service and training by current acaryas and mature Sadhus , all the param para opens , however, a  proud attitude of  jumping over current sadhus is not recommended . As for the international society for Krishna Consciousness , we , in ISKCON , must make sure Srila Prabhupada’s original intentions are upheld via the constitution of ISKCON.  Srila Prabhupada is uniquely qualified and empowered to carry out the mission of Nityananda prabhu and Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu . Wherein the mood of Both Nityananda prabhu in the vast  peripheral distribution of Krishna consciousness takes place on multiple levels , the rescue mission , as Srila BR Sridhar Swami would say , and he greatly glorified Prabhupada for carrying it out so outstandingly.  These essential teachings  that are permeating the Western world are the framework ,  as Prabhupada said . Srila Prabhupada was also an intimate devotee of Sri Sri  Radha Krishna,  so we can see  also the cor teachings that Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu taught Srila Rupa and Ragganatha Goswami’s were clearly distributed through his litratures and lectures. He could had greatly elaborated upon them , but who could have understood in the Western world ? .Even Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja within India found very few who could genuinely understand the cor teachings , nevertheless he  spoke of them to  leading disciples , and emphasized the importance of them but also the purity first . Work hard bhajan later AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has written.
The cor and the peripherals flow each way , because the preaching movement of Srila Prabhupāda brings the cor to the peripherals and the peripherals are not neglected by the cor , at least not by genuine Gaudia Vaisnavas . The ISKCON movement is not a movement of bhajananandis , but they are part of the cor in many senses and are welcomed and in another sense increasing . Devi Varna Ashram and a spiritualized world society is the intention of ISKCON , and Srila Prabhupada was most capable to carry these divine orders out ,   he knew of the deep desires of Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja and Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur . Prabhupada was highly intelligent and knew how to make the best of a bad bargain both of the world and within individual people.
ISKCON is doing really really good . It’s diverse and welcoming , everyone has a place , so it’s onwards and upwards and full steam ahead ,  but importantly,  the continuous improvements and refinements  as we all go ahead , along with increasing bhajan , purity and increasingly knowledgeable about both the cor a peripheral essentials  , and it must always respect other bone fide Gaudia Vaisnava groups , whose preaching campaigns may be smaller but still are as important in the eyes of Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu is they are connected via the teachings of the Gaudia Vaisnava acaryas
