Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur indicates that as the devotees feel either a deep separation from Krishna,  as is the case with advanced devotees,  or even a separation from Krishna consciousness , that can be felt by less advanced devotees,  such feelings destroy elements of material conditioned consciousness,  or in the case of advanced devotees,  the very finest subtle conditioning.

Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur also indicates feelings of spiritual happiness,  and this will vary according to the maturity and sincerity of the practitioner,  means the spiritual body is forming further , or beginning to form .

Two bodies the Thakur says are in operational mode , one spiritual,  one material,  spiritual life means one supercedes the other .
