Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has , under the directions of Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja and Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur , who gave directions following the Gaudia Vaisnava acaryas , who exclusively serve Nityananda prabhu and Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu, and so , Srila Prabhupada has successfully gotten a significant portion of the world to think and act for Krishna , and the inevitable increases in Krishna consciousness cannot be stopped for it brings immense benefits individually, communally , nationally and internationally, the global conglomerate libertine philosophy along with scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis will be naturally swept away , by force of higher thinking based on the sciences of dualism, matter and consciousness.

Practically speaking, you can not give full God consciousness to anybody immediately as some religious groups proclaim.
It’s a gradual process generally and in fact so gradual that it’s carried on from previous lives , although it can be very quickly advanced under certain circumstances and can be immediately realised ,and certainly by the immediate mercy of Nityananda prabhu and Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu Krishna consciousness is greatly accelerated , but pure Krishna consciousness is very  rare occurrence , although access via the pure devotees,  and their Sastra sanga can be accessed and by their mercy,  and by the mercy of the Holy names Krishna directly appears in one form or another .
Religion without philosophy is sentiment and philosophy without religion is speculation., says Srila AC Bhavtivedanta Swami who as given the Vedic teachings in the form of a science of self realisation, along with a gradual change of lifestyle , as realisations increase, which are reflected in the real authentic form of a Divine Varna Ashram system .
