We hear devotees obsessed with creating Varna Ashram , but it’s  situated within cyclic human structures and appears in different formats according to certain times in universal history.  The essence of what the devotees mean is to reestablish the intelligentsia . Only the can properly identify how societal affairs knit perfectly together.   when the correct person with the correct quality is in post , and when the true Sattvic intelligentsia and Bhagavad Bhaktas who are uttama can guide , everything easily falls into place in practical ways .

In Chapter 4, Verse 13 of the Bhagavad Gita, Lord Krishna states that he created the four divisions of human society based on a person’s inherent qualities (gunas) and practical work (karma), rather than by birth.

The Meaning of the Four Divisions

Krishna explains this system as a natural psychological and functional classification found in every human society, distinct from a rigid hereditary caste system:

• Brahmanas: Intellectuals, teachers, and spiritual guides driven by goodness and wisdom (sattva guna).
• Kshatriyas: Rulers, warriors, and leaders driven by courage, strength, and action (rajas guna).
• Vaishyas: Farmers, merchants, and business people driven by trade and production.
• Shudras: Laborers, artisans, and service providers who support the rest of society.

Key Principles of Krishna’s Teaching

• Based on Qualities: Your natural inclination and capability determine your role, not your family tree.
• These four functional groups exist globally because human temperaments are situated in all cultures , no one can say only in India you will find an intelligentsia.
• Spiritual Equality: Krishna emphasizes that while roles differ for social order, all paths lead to the divine through devotion.
• Through the development of the influences of the intelligentsia everything falls into place , the intelligentsia calls out cheating ,and imposters or those that are in the wrong positions.  Like Global conglomerates monopolies who have become kings , but with no sensitivity or quality  , greed for money and exploitation means one is not a leader , but needs leading .
• The purpose of Gaudia Vaisnavism is manifold, including the educational systems that allow for the reestablishent of persons of genuine characters who show first class quality . They are the examples that everyone can follow , those amongst the intelligent classes , the administrative classes, the business classes, and the general working classes . Those who are not of good character should not teach or lead or aspire to be followed . Cheating sciences, Cheating administrative bodies , Cheating business men and Cheating working classes , need calling out , but first identified, the Bhagavad Gita as it is is a good start to understand the psychological conditioning of the rascals , demons and the sane , pious and saintly .
