The photosynthesis  of the sun using specific light frequency reacts on the molecules inside the buds and seeds, that causes  light energies to transform into chemical energies and the dna information kicks in and starts to function to spurt a regrowth on the molecular level , the preplanned growth plans are already in place . One of the unlimited Brahman energies,  the light , react with another of the Brahman energies , the seeds , that are carrying the informational processes.

We simply adore the scientific community who knowingly or unknowing reveals the glorious and unlimited intelligence of Lord Krishna in His Mahavisnu form . Mahavisnu is an expansion of an expansion of an expansion of Krishna.  Mahavisnu is manifesting simultaneously millions of universes, each with multidimensional structures ,and housing the 8,400,000 different species of life, of which 400,000 are human like .

The sciences reveal highly specified information that the molecular structures are built from .The whole process from its beginning to its fruits requires a great deal of planning naturally . We would be rather foolish to think everything is simply  random physics at work , causing chance chemistry and highly organised biological structures to spontaneously form .

A  creative genius can come up with all sorts of original ideas and can solve any problems that might occur during a design process , and consequently , make the adjustments that might be needed . Tried and tested proved engineering designs are often tweaked, and a  variety of variations for numerous other purposes are  employed. Beauty is also an important part of design . Designed and successful products or machines are generally very attractive.

Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita

mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ
sūyate sa-carācaram
hetunānena kaunteya
jagad viparivartate

This material nature, which is one of my energies, is working under my direction, O son of Kuntī, producing all moving and nonmoving beings. Under its rule, this manifestation is created and annihilated again and again.

Indeed, if this is true, there must be evidence of fine design within nature.  Engineering , beauty,  math , symmetry, and importantly, a  process of how everything forms should all be present.  The dna codes within the genome,  a.c .t. g. rearranged like 000111000111 in computer codes are in place . Information exchanges and chemical signalling are the objective sciences that can not be ignored.

In answer to why the dna codes are quite similar,  simple answer,  engineer different engineering. Tweaked successful designs . NO monkeys bashing out chance codes on typewriters producing Shakespeare scripts .

In a real world, scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis are unreal .
