The jivas or spirit souls receive their material bodies within the material universes via Mahavishnu . These are almost robotic or surreal forms that are programmed and conditioned according to previous karmic impositions as such further karmic synchronicities are inacted .  There is room for maneuvers , thus free will and determinism takes place , everything  is directly carried out by Mahavisnu along with His expansions and energies.  However, in the spiritual realms in the association of krishna and with the direct Svarupa Sakti of Krishna , their spiritual forms are manifested which have complete freedom , there is only spontaneous love towards Krishna and no karmic synchronicities involved. Together all these karmic synchronicities make up quite a world , a huge and endless variety of talent and living beings with unlimited qualities materialism is also unlimited,  its the energy of the unlimited. Mahavishnu has endless universes to choose which jiva goes where , perfect Divine Ai and algorithmic processes.

Spiritual Manifestation vs. Material Creation.  The Material World is (Maya) , when seen separately from Divinity . Mahavishnu creates the material cosmos and implants the conditioned jivas within it .The glance of Mahavisnu . Gross and subtle material elements cover the pure soul.  The jiva forgets their true spiritual identity due to material attachment and entanglements  . They need a rescue remedy, and Krishna arranges such rescues and enlightenment.  Within the Spiritual Worlds (Vaikuntha / Goloka The internal potency (svarupa-sakti) of the Lord acts as the direct cause of acquiring our spiritual forms .  An eternal, spiritual form (svarupa) free from material influences . The jiva engages directly in loving blissful relationships with Radharani , Krishna , and their family and associates and they  have full awareness of their eternal relationship .
