Everyone is fighting for their cultural ways of life , their particular theological outlook or their world veiw incorporating a particular conditioning that has come from previous impressions from a last life , karmic synchronicities are at work universally.. The revival of the Vedas with modernity in mind by Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur has the intention of bringing everyone under the umbrella of the very broad Vedas . For sure, one day, it will be seen and understood how the Vedic teachings incorporate everyone somewhere , religion, philosophy, lifestyle, sciences , social sciences, and political sciences are within the Vedas .There is the example of Pariksit Maharaja, who allowed living for everyone, but with restrictions, this has been recorded in the Srimad Bhagavatam, even for Kali personified there was a place .The Vedas contains the eighteen puranas for broad living .
However, education is needed to teach people. This living is allowed in this area for this type of ignorant mode mentality , and over here , there is another type of living allowed for passionate conditioned natures .
But ….these persons can not become leaders or spread their woke libertine thinking or materialism to one and all , society needs protections . We should not allow free reign over the Internet to advertise libertine lifestyle for everyone and spoil a chance for higher cultures where consciousness is developed to understand matter , spirit, and the potentials of a pure mind fixed in spiritual and scientific dualism.
At least as much as possible, this must be done .
Bilvamangala Thakur was an innocent pure boy who came across two low class persons having sex in the woods ,and his mind became affected, causing him to visit prostitutes regularly. Prostitutes have a discreet role to play in society, but discreetly for the protection of the innocent , like children.
Krishna consciousness is very broad but also very conservative, conserving theological progressive values…
Some kind of future restrictions will have to be implemented ,
so everyone can live independently, but with restrictions , there should be no promotion of overly libertine cultures.
When I was young alcohol was served at certain times, and restrictions were in place, Tony Blair introduced 24-hour licencing and drinking. Even in petrol stations you can buy booze . Blair also wanted USA super casinos in the UK in big cities, but Gorden Brown stopped his foolish ways .
So, future governments will need a push for conserving cultures based on consciousness development and scientific dualism. Citizens and families should have the correct balance in place and strongly oppose atheistic libertine cultures spread anywhere, and anyhow , Mary Whitehouse had the right idea . The vedas allows for libertine living but pushed into restricted corners ,
Vedic cultures will influence and bring clarity ….however…..no unthinking religious fanatics , and no unthinking libertines should partake in administrations of governance and compliance systems.
