The photosynthesis  of the sun using certain light frequency reacts on the molecules inside the buds and seeds, causing light energies to transform into chemical energies and the dna information kicks in and starts to function to spurt a regrowth.

We simply adore the scientific community who knowingly or unknowing reveals the glorious and unlimited intelligence of Krishna in His Mahavisnu form, who is manifesting simultaneously millions of universes within the multidimensional structures .

All this is clearly highly specific, and the whole process from beginning to end requires a great deal of planning naturally.

A genius can come up with all sorts of original ideas and can solve any problems that might occur during  a design process and consequently make adjustments  in various ways .As well, the similar proved  engineering processes can be tweaked and variety and variations for numerous purposes can be employed. Beauty is also an important part of design,  designed and successful products or machines are generally very attractive.

Krishna says in Bhagavad Gita

Bg. 9.10

मयाध्यक्षेण प्रकृति: सूयते सचराचरम् ।
हेतुनानेन कौन्तेय जगद्विपरिवर्तते ॥ १० ॥

mayādhyakṣeṇa prakṛtiḥ
sūyate sa-carācaram
hetunānena kaunteya
jagad viparivartate

Translation

This material nature, which is one of my energies, is working under my direction, O son of Kuntī, producing all moving and nonmoving beings. Under its rule, this manifestation is created and annihilated again and again.

Indeed if this is true there must be evidence of fine design,  engineering , beauty,  math symmetry and importantly the process of how everything forms , the codes ,and information exchanges and chemical signalling are the objective sciences , that can not be ignored.
