Srila AC Bhavtivedanta Swami Prabhupada once said disagreement and different ways of thinking is a sign of personlism .Providing we have an intelligentsia amongst the theological cultures, who really are theological, good sense and tollerant behaviour should prevail ,.The Srimad Bhagavatam mentions natural divisions , via mountain ranges , oceans and Rivers , that naturally seperate societies . In a global world the coming together bring more arguments and exploitative killing and bias opinions…
But Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur indicates modern worlds and its facilities are God’s arrangements and to use them to assist in Mahāprabhu’s greater unifying purposes.
But little way to go yet .
Hinduism is a good example of a diverse society living under a relativity peaceful umbrella of Hinduism with very little violence over hundreds of years …religions according to modes , demigod worship etc etc or Sankaracarya impersonal philisophical thought , all similarly tolerated.
Even Hindu and Muslim people lived well together before the British created divide and rule and caused political agitation, that is, the business of demons to create disunity.
More on this soon
