Or is it not that two parents are  creating a unique body by the 50 50 rule . A particular machine and a tailored machine suited for a particular purpose.  The machine is both made of matter , a mind , an intelligence , and an incoming consciousness particle is arriving . This particle , who is carrying traits of many kinds including influences of how the body will develop,  because

The machine like body, along with suitable combinations of subtle energies, is a perfect match for the next period of karmic synchronicities . The Vedas indicates that additional facilities are  offered, giving more freedoms  and a more fruitful life or facilities taken away greatly restricting the particle compared to the previous outing of life . One may find himself in the body of a dog , but faint memories of a previous human outing .

These incredible arrangements are the supreme “algorithmic processes ” of Divinity mixing and matching consciousness particles with bodies ….After all, how much information in a tiny micro circuit?
