Autocrats generally control the business classes , and keep them to responsible standards , unlike some democracies where businessmen pay for political parties and lobby with cash what the laws should be in practically all feilds.  Along with making sure free market economics becomes the monopolies they desire .The original Autocrats in Vedic cultures are advised by the high class Brahminical intelligensia and the Vedic scholarly Vipras in particular disciplines . All of whom were well versed in the sciences of mind , matter, and consciousness.
