Multicultured Demigods and Goddesses

Although the mechanistic Darwinian puts it all down to superstition & traits of evolution , there is a common thread in various cultures throughout the world of the worship of various Demigods and Goddesses  . It should not be ignored but rather examined and deeply thought about . Lord Siva , Bramha , Indra.     Lakshmi: The goddess of wealth, fortune, and prosperity. Saraswati: The goddess of knowledge, music, art, and wisdom. Parvati: The goddess of love, fertility, and devotion. Durga: The warrior goddess of feminine power who protects against negative forces. Kali: The fierce goddess of time, change, and the destruction of evil. Each of whom have  different expansions and names within different  cultures and traditions , such as the Greek Gods and Goddesses.  The purpose of the worship of Demigods and Goddesses is to seek various benedictions , and by doing so one learns to respect higher beings as well as gaining faith in such decending benedictions originating from higher planes . All sorts of benedictions can be sought, providing an understanding of the purpose sacrifices  can be understood.  Sacrifices and atonement bears fruit . Ultimately this should lead to the benefits of  the gradual spiritual evolution of knowledge culminating in the greatest of good fortune . The direct services of the Supreme Goddess of fortune Srimati Radharani,  from whom all the Goddesses are expanded for many reasons. Srimati Radharani services to Krishna in Goloka Vrndavana are the greatest exhibitions of spontaneous love both in union and separation. In Her form as Laxmi she attends to the services of  Lord Visnu . Ultimately if one can aquire the association of a pure Gaudia vaisnava devotee , who follows Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu one can enter into the association Radharani and her Manjari associates . Such is the power of Srimati Radharani alluring nature , that Krishna , the Supreme Personality of Godhead is forever seeking Her association , and is always hankering for Her beautiful glances and smiles . In her original eternally blissful and ever new and ever enthusiastic playful form  , Vrsabhanu Nandini , Srimati Radharani ,  the Supreme Goddess of fortune , is the Guru and Krishna is Her disciple in loving affairs. Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu has revealed all these truths to the Goswamis of Vrndavana , who have composed many slokas and written extensively revealing to the world , the secret of all secrets .

So why not worship the Supreme Goddess of fortune, Srimati Radharani,  who is only too willing to award Her sincere following the best of what’s in existence in both the material and spiritual realms , and as She gives it to you ,  it increases. She is the abode of love and what she gives is knowledge of Her object of love Krishna. There is an eternal competition in love between the two and Chanting Hare Krishna means Radha Krishna.
