Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja would say our duty is to satisfy the emaculate senses of Krishna.
Krishna is the supreme enjoyer and the jiva , the living entitles are the enjoyed , but as Srila Sridhar Swami often said better be a slave in heaven than a master of hell .
Actually, of course, in spiritual life, Krishna is not some kind of slave driver , rather, He wants to share His blissful nature with everyone , we should not be envious of His extraordinary presence and the fact that He is all attractive , but assist him volunteering ourselves eternally .
This is not a business arrangement , Krishna can do as He likes , He may or may not accept us , but if we approach the residents of Vrndavana and learn to please Him under their tutelage we have a good chance to be accepted , ultimately the Supreme Goddess of fortune Srimati Radharani is the Queen of Vrndavana and either directly or indirectly every thing is assisting in Her activities to please Krishna.
hṛṣīkeṇa hṛṣīkeśa- sevanaṁ bhaktir ucyate
Our senses are on loan , their real purposes are only realised in pure devotion, Srila Rupa Goswami says in His Ujjvala Nilamani , one’s sthayi Bhava , one’s original attraction to Krishna , are motivated by spiritual sound , touch , form , taste , and fragrances of all that goes on in the Spiritual realms.
Everything begins with sound , spiritual sound , of Chanting the Names of God .
Abiogenisis, how can chemicals perfectly form and all come together to form the molecules essential for cellular life ?
Ask a synthetic chemist how difficult it to conduct synthetic chemistry, chemical combinations don’t just throw themselves together , perfect and precise careful processes are involved , heating , cooling , evaporation of impurities , to name but a few of the procedures . If they are not followed or brought to 100% purity, the synthetic chemistry and materials fall apart .
With that in mind, before any evolutionary process could begin, first the chemicals forming the molecular structures of the cells had be in place to form the amino acids , carbohydrates, nucleotides, and lipids . The process of chemistry , how chemicals combined so precisely , according to a Darwinian ,by chance random events , on an early earth , is not , in reality ,at all understood . Although the subjective Darwinian narrative promoting their scientific propaganda to the public , give the false impressions, chemical evolution is clear-cut objective science . This, in reality, is cheating science. Of course , truth is they are clueless , they do not know the relevant processes of how everything began , nor can they in their laboratories from scratch imitate the process . It requires extremely hard and complex chemistry to do synthetic chemistry , and on an early earth there were no laboratories where you could go and buy starting materials which could form the beginnings of a molecule, as synthetic chemists do today .
So, as well as trying to explain mutational math of an evolutionary process , before that could all even begin , the Darwinian has to explain how perfect chemical combinations by chance just threw themselves together .
Like evolutionary theory the abiogenisis and chemical evolutionary process is unknown, so everyone is clueless.
But , as we see codes and information in dna , similarly, the molecular structures like carbohydrates, etc , store and transmit information, each of these molecules are vital for the cell. No one can say where this information comes from .
Even in the atomic world , depending on how many protons in an atom determine the element it forms , gold ,carbon, iron, etc etc, each element has a particular number of protons.
Thus, throughout the whole of life with the chemicals and elements that supports it , we find orderly systems at work , in the atomic realm , the chemical realms , and the molecular realm , as well as the DNA codes that instuct the cells to make a particular body part and which form a particular body as a whole.
Krishna in Bhagavad Gita declares in many verses that He is that person responsible and is a perfect chemical, atomic , and molecular engineer, and Lord Bramha , His chief engineer, has within his body , given by Mahavishnu , the information consisting of , as we now know , the DNA structural information for the production all bodies required for the living beings .
avajananti mam mudha manusim tanum asritam param bhavam ajananto mama bhuta-mahesvaram
TRANSLATION
Fools deride Me when I descend in the human form. They do not know My transcendental nature and My supreme dominion over all that be.
Lord Krishna knows of course very well the mentality of heavily conditioned souls , they like to ignore objective facts , their minds and intelligence go in to ” spin mode ” and in todays world the most wealthiest of them own media organisations , and have practically captured and currupted most politicians , many of who are not so smart .
Whenever we are faced with objective facts , or things we don’t like to hear or some educated opinions, we don’t want to accept , our tendency may be to switch off , switch over or bury our subjective minds elsewhere to run away from home truths
So Lord Krishna speaks absolute verifiable truths in His Bhagavad Gita , but the Darwinians shut their minds , the scientific materialist shut their doors , and the Globalists who run the world conglomerate companies have no brain for anything except money money money , to them it’s brighter than sunshine sweeter than honey , they care for nothing and will accept lies or truth , whatever gives the most financial rewards.
So we must know we live in a world of deceit , only the honest intelligensia can help us , such persons are within social , and by Krishna’s grace and by your good fortune you’ll be able to know them and be protected from the crooked .
Divinity is a multidimensional personality. He has expanded His energies into the trillions of universes. But He remains outside of them . He is in His fullness within every single atom along with His connections to His whole creation , but also simultaneously lives outside in His fullness . Thus, within the atoms are also trillions of universes and total existence . How can this be ? Once the engineer of this universe came to see Krishna , Krishna servant said Lord Bramha’s arrived , Krishna immediately said, “Which Bramha ? ” Bramha’s puzzlement at why Krishna asked this question was solved , when Krishna brought all the Bramha’s from millions of universes before Him , in the one room He was sitting in , some had thousands of ” heads ” some had less .
The third Canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam, the chapter entitled the fundermental principles of material nature, there is a discussion on this topic, and one can delve into it the multidimensional personality of Krishna.
The principle of our limited senses are discussed, for instance we cannot see radio waves or certain frequency of light , we cannot hear certain sound pitches ,and generally we cannot read minds , although some people can .
The inconceivable and simultaneously oneness & difference of Divinity and His multidimensional existence should be accepted and contemplated , we should understand just how great God is and understand the energies and the energetic source . We, of course, can not expect that our insights and sence perception are the same as everyone’s , some persons have greater insights , and in Bhagavad Gita krishna who has the greatest of insights is telling us about them , our duty is to try to understand the inconceivable nature of Divinity, who expands his unlimited sweetness are stands before us like an ordinary person .
Protestant , Catholic , Suni , Shiiat , Zionist , Rabbi , Smarta Brahmana , of a cast system , or a brahmana by quality .
All the above categories of persons attempts to understand properly theologies can be properly thought of in context.
Not all men are at the stage of wanting pure devotional service to the Lord .
Some have devotional attitudes mixed with many other motives , political or personal , which are naturally reflected in the societies or specific religions societies adopt.
Birds of feathers flock together. The Vedas , being extremely broad, can incorporate all motivated persons as well as pure persons , put them into four categories, and bring relative connections between them all .
The categories are Karma yogis …jnana yogis …astanga yogis and pure Bhakti Yogis ..
Each of those four categories have followings, but such followers have many subdivisions that are based on snd according to their progress in disciplines and an individual abilities to absorb spiritual understanding to greater levels . The ultimate goal is pure dedication and devotion towards Divinity.
In Vedic Culures, the pure “person Bhagavat”, is the personification of the ancient Srimad Bhagavatam , such a person is in a Gaudia Vaisnava disciplic succession . Consequently, they are extremely well versed in the Vedas and take into account time place and circumstances when it comes to application of the Bhāgavatam . They will be able to give a thorough analysis of all topics within and relate them to contemporary times .
Krishna says in 7th chapter of Bhagavad Gita..
TEXT 16: O best among the Bhāratas, four kinds of pious men begin to render devotional service unto Me – the distressed, the desirer of wealth, the inquisitive, and he who is searching for knowledge of the Absolute.
TEXT 17: Of these, the one who is in full knowledge and who is always engaged in pure devotional service is the best. For I am very dear to him, and he is dear to Me.
TEXT 18: All these devotees are undoubtedly magnanimous souls, but he who is situated in knowledge of Me I consider to be just like My own self. Being engaged in My transcendental service, he is sure to attain Me, the highest and most perfect goal
.TEXT 19: After many births and deaths, he who is actually in knowledge surrenders unto Me, knowing Me to be the cause of all causes and all that is. Such a great soul is very rare.
TEXT 20: Those whose intelligence has been stolen by material desires surrender unto demigods and follow the particular rules and regulations of worship according to their own natures.
It’s absolutely vital to find a pure representative of God , the person Bhagavat . They can correctly assess someone who claims a purity ….there are many who pose as devotees who are actually demons or with mixed personal motives .
Thus, checks and balances are needed from . True Gurus , true saints, and theological texts that are correctly presented.
The pure teachers, both of a past and the present , along with the scriptures consisting of both the Sruti and Smriti understandings, will help us .
We should be able to ,with the help of the above three , identify and avoid those that will do us harm.
The demoniac person thinks: So much wealth do I have today, and I will gain more according to my schemes. So much is mine now, and it will increase in the future, more and more. He is my enemy, and I have killed him; and my other enemy will also be killed. I am the lord of everything, I am the enjoyer, I am perfect, powerful and happy. I am the richest man, surrounded by aristocratic relatives. There is none so powerful and happy as I am. I shall perform sacrifices, I shall give some charity, and thus I shall rejoice. In this way, such persons are deluded by ignorance.
Fundermental service is inherently within us all .
Life is made as such that rendering service is a fundermental and underlying principle , indirectly or directly practically all beings are serving somebody , or unknowingly playing a part in the harmonious and interconnected activities of nature . Thd 60s songwriter Bob Dylan saw that, among other things, and wrote his song ‘ everyone has to serve someone ‘. Of course, pure loving services rendered to someone who deserves it and who can properly reciprocate can not be compared to a crooked motivated politician who claims he is serving the people . In spiritual and philosophical terms, better be a servant in a superior realm that a master in an inferior one
It’s a universal law , according to the Vedas that if anybody takes a service from someone , and this applies throughout the whole of the material universes , or if they use somebody in any particular way a debt is owed , you can’t get something for nothing.
Ultimately, all kinds of debts are building up in our Karmic systems, which are carried with us and remain with us throughout our universal journey of fruitive work . For those that don’t properly reciprocate a service rendered , debts build up and need paying back . That is technically called karma, and the karmic synchronicities of life play out in the unpredictability of our lives , of long forgotten debts , like twigs floating in a fast flowing river debts and debtors are brought together then parted , never to meet again .
The ultimate service rendered to everyone is by Divinity Himself , as the supersoul or Holy Ghost , in everyone’s heart He facilitates the individual being , giving them remberance and forgetfulness and reminding them life after life of what they once desired as well as encouraging everyone to aquire the real wisdom and knowledge .He is always showing in many ways how best to escape the plane of the karmic self-centred word , with the temporary lives of material debtors . The greatest service is to show everyone what their best interests are and how that can be achieved , God is always rendering that service, and so are His pure representatives . He remains in the hearts of all beings whilst they wonder all over the universe in different situations looking for happiness and patiently waits for everyone to see sense and return back home back to Godhead
Ultimately , because by His own example of how He renders the greatest of all services , never forgetting any of the living beings ,we should reciprocate with Him and hear from Him of how we might reciprocate with Love , and render some services bringing happiness to Him along with His associates. The greatest of all service is rendered by the Supreme Goddess of Fortune Srimati Radharani and the Gopies and Manjaris , her confidants, they are residents of Vrndavana.
This is carefully described by Sukadeva Goswami in the 10th Canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam and elaborated upon in the commentaries of the Gaudia Vaisnava acaryas in their writings .
The mystery of Lord Krishna, Mahaprabhu, and Nityananda and Their ingress into the greater society..
Lord Krishna of course expertly achieves many purposes by His activities , that is seen by His activities in Vrndavana, Mathura and Dwarka and also his messages to greater humanity on the battlefield of Kuruksetra in His sacred conversations with Arjuna . Never has there ever been such conversations that mystically touch upon all subjects of yoga , transcendence, and the sciences of mind consciousness and matter within spacetime.
Many traditions, many approaches , many cultures . In Gaudia Vaisnavism , the Vedas and its broader meanings can easily be incorporated.
But over riding and trancending the multicultural effects of the gradual progressive path as given in theological cultures is the process given bh Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu , that of hearing , chanting of God’s names and remembering the pastimes and activities that God performs , in either Vrndavana, Dwarka , Mathura , or on the battlefield of Kuruksetra. Such remembrance constitutes the processes of Bhakti and gives the promise of giving perfection in spiritual life .
However, some who may not have focus on establishing Krishna consciousness worldwide may not necessarily understand the epistemological and etymological systems of Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur, Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami or A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
But one thing for sure , as Prabhupada said , you’ll know something by its results .
Thus, the International Society for Krishna consciousness is ever increasing all over the world and as time goes on , and other Gaudia Vaisnava groups are also now spreading the Glorious activities of Mahaprabhu.
Many of the different aspects of Vedic literatures and their social and political and economic systems will be revived in the near future and understood as fair and progressive. Think tanks will be set up ,and plans set for , not short term , but long-term , 100s of years ahead , will be formulated.
Time , place, circumstances, and adjusted preaching presentation without losing the essence is what Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur, Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja and AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada are all about will be clear .
Following Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu in his conversation with Ramananda Roy , these acaryas understand everything perfectly and know how also to make in roads into society at large in systematic ways , that is the uniqueness of ISKCON.
In a recent post, we discussed the endless series of why questions that will occur whenever we ask why , we were giving the example given by the late and great Richard Feynman , of why Granny slipped on the ice ?, why was she taken to the hospital ? Why did her bone crack ? etc etc .
We might also ask why our minds and bodies act in certain ways , ? and sometimes, it seems beyond our control and certainty that it will also lead to other endless why questions related to our history and existence and the deepest of all. Why did we leave the association of God ?
Practically speaking, everything is touched upon by Lord Krishna in His Bhagavad Gita . He describes the power of mind over matter , in other words, how to control our minds and senses and use them at optimum levels for our benefits . Krishna also describes the implications of letting them run wild , as well as the scientific connection between mind , matter, and a responsive universe that is always formulating future bodies to suit a particular mind and its actions .
In the 11th canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam, there is an illustration of these principles, a caterpillar is caught by a wasp ,and is imprisoned by the wasp , the caterpillar is looking out of his prison , and is in deep concentration on the form of his enemy that wants to eat him , so intense is his meditation , that his bodily structure begins to change , and instead of becoming a butterfly he became a wasp , and escaped his fate .
Rupa Goswami gives the example of deep meditations, by the example of a man so engrossed in a play , that when the main character of the play acted out his death , the man engrossed in watching the play also died .
This scientific phenomenon of the dualism of mind and matter and the implications of the minds’ actions in this life, which lead to any number of future situations next life , should be taken seriously . One should immediately dismiss the Darwinians’ attempts to impose scientific materialism theories in social educational institutions. It’s an irresponsible and unscientific approach to body , mind, and consciousness reality , which all every ancient cultures taught the reality of , that being the scientific position of dualism.
The great deceit of naive promotions of freedoms .
Western societies are subject to and are exposed to biased information of all kinds , certainly, we live in a world of deceit and hypocrisy . The freedom agendas of Western governments is the popular spin , in reality, though , and its becoming well known , the leaders , because of being in the pockets of liberal business driven oligarchs never really apply governance and compliance for the people’s benefits , rather everything is skewed in the direction of global conglomerates . Unfortunate it is that 90% of the populations are easily fooled .
The Darwinian narrative provides us with a good example of how an educational system is teaching a speculative hypothesis as fact based science, although micro evolution is acceptable and natural , macro evolution is not at all scientifically seen , rather something quite different is observed .
Most people do not understand the implications of the fake political agenda‘s , neither do people understand objective science . The Vedic emphasis is on finding truth , truth is found in the hearts of the genuine intellectual persons , who have knowledge of body , mind , and consciousness, such persons work and supervise the work of the Vipras , who are genuinely independent scholars in varieties of particular feilds.
Putting it in simple terms. one can not grant freedom to a child , for fear of the child coming to harm , society needs supervision by the genuine intelligentsia.
So , without philosophical, scientific and a thorough theological education , Einstein himself thought theological insights give a essential contribution to knowledge , without such wisdom , allowing for an instant libertarian approach and promoting that world veiw , along with carte blanch freedoms is causing great harm both singularly and communionally .
The world is in a terrible state in every way , economically, environmentally, and socially .
What’s gone wrong , I suggest a naive understanding of freedom has allowed fools and rascals free reigns , particularly money men , who are addicted to profits and want more and more , whatever, although they don’t know how to properly utilise profits in beneficial ways .
The Vedic veiw is to teach the regulative principles of freedom, they are clearly spoken of in the Bhagavad Gita , thus Vedic culture puts the intelligentsia is pride of place , they have the responsibility to properly guide . The naive freedom lovers bind people in perpetual misery and hand the world over to unscrupulous and dangerous persons who have insufficient knowledge and are totally unaware of the outcomes of their actions .
Vedic cultures , per say, were in one sense quite secular in their approach to societies , the intelligentsia knew of the journey of the souls , that meant differences in everyone’s approach to life and realisations .
An educational and sensible approach to all matters of religion was in operation because not everyone immediately wants to surrender to God , mixed consciousness of material attachment and entanglements are going to be the obvious result of many repeated births and deaths .
It was the responsibility of the government to oversee religion , making sure all religious practices were carried out properly , no speculations or ” liberalism ” could take place that could bring misleading philosophical deviation.
In todays world of so called ” democracies ” which have now been infiltrated by global oligarchs , and mass immigration due to exploitation and wars brought about by capitalism that’s out of control , and with no controlling intelligensia , only greater and greater problems will develop.
Ultimately democracy will fail because , a ” Christian ” state will never allow a Muslim majority or a” Muslim ” state would never allow a ” Christian majority and as we see in Israel the Muslims are a suppressed group and currently killed for trying to fight for their legitimate rights .
