Hegel was a somewhat enlightened German philosophical deeper thinker . In his philosophy, he has given a concept: The Absolute Truth, the Prime Cause of everything, must have two qualifications. What are they? It must be by itself and for itself.
“Please try to pay attention. ‘By itself’ means that He is His own cause—nothing else created Him. If anything has created Him, that creator will have the primary importance. Therefore, to be the Absolute He must be anadi, eternally existing, and not created by anything. The absolute must have this qualification.”

Vedas indicates Krishna is the cause of all causes , and He has become many to expand His pleasure , his first expansions is Balarama , who expands into Mula Sankarsana and then Maha Sankarsan , who the jivas all expand from, and from Maha Sankarsana comes Maha Visnu .Thus, the spiritual and material realms are facilitated .
God is the supreme enjoyer , and He attracts and entices all His parts and parcels to independently and by their own free will join Him in His ecstatic blissful life .
Love is an action word and love must necessarily be voluntary , one has to consider..why do you love someone ?
And see what answers you might come up with .
Ultimately, we are not dead stones or downloads of God , but we have free will , and if we want, we can love Krishna and His family or any of His expansions.
Or we can wonder wonder wonder all over the universes in different species of life to see if there is anything that might be better . Krishna knows our independent nature, and in our wonderings within the material universes , He also makes arrangements for a rescue mission by incarnation as well as sending His pure devotees to carry out that task .
An absolute truth remains a truth at all times. It relates to all things at all times and to all persons at all times , in all circumstance at all times , it also interelates with unlimited relative truths . It always remains a fact that can never be changed, at any time in the past, present, and a future.
In todays social media society , it becomes more and more difficult to find any objective truths , and everyone is being bombarded with subjective and relative opinions , often presented as objective facts to various gullible members of the public , or on various media webb sites .
The BBC are also dishonest when John Simpson , their foreign affairs editor, proudly says the BBC never spin anything , that very statement is spin . What’s good for the goose? May not be so good for the gander .
Truth is infinite and unlimited and the limited may know something of the unlimited by the unlimited mercy of the unlimited on the limited .
Krishna says if you want to know the truth , one must approach a bone fide spiritual master , who has insight into absolute truths , the Vedic cultures have always recognised the trancendental Gurus , whose lives are dedicated to Divinity and who are able speak purely and directly from the Scripture and can give insights to all its aspects , with no duplicity.
Political truths and philosophical truths maybe another matter , and could be regarded as relative truths , if they are actually truths , and crucially if they are expounded by those who live in the mode of goodness and thus truthfulness, they will ring true to the truthful ,not to the crooked .
Those who want to be cheated will always find cheaters .
A .C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada would say this world is for the cheaters and the cheated .
Ultimately, if one takes shelter of absolute truth, one is going to instinctively know when truth is before you , Divinity within the heart directly inspires the truthful, and the truth can always be corroborated , by other saints as well as the theological texts passed down from any of the four sampradayas and their disciplic successions .
An introduction to Srimad Bhagavatam and its contents..
You will find in my accompanying essays further elaborations of the Srimad Bhagavatam along with the history and the writings of His Divine Grace AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada , who presented the Srimad Bhagavatam to the Western societies for the first time in the late 60s and 70s . In modern times, the word WHY is said to be the most popular word on Google , it is punched into unlimited keyboards on a regular basis. Indeed , unless the human asks , who am I ? why do I exist ? What is my real purpose ? , one can consider one has lost an opportunity of a human form of life . Animals obviously don’t have facilities of rational , logical enquiries , although they possess consciousness like you and I.
With logic in mind , William Paley intelligently concluded that someone finding a watch whilst walking in the long grass , bearing in mind in 1850 many country folk would have never set eyes on a watch . On examination, they would naturally assume its fine engineering and design are most certainly the work of a creative brain and exceptional intelligence . Isaac Newton thought that each individual thumbprint of human beings was clear evidence for individual design . The teleological argument , design permeates everything in nature and the universe remains as strong as it ever did and becomes stronger as scientific research progresses . Recent studies of the entropy of the cell , shows the cells have low entropy, meaning high organisational levels , but at the same time, high energies operating within the cell ,that one would expect to be a course of high entropy , so its puzzling where low entropy existz in an atomphere were high entropy might be expected. The fine tuning of the universe , the so-called goldilocks phenomena , i.e., that everything is just perfect , not too much heat , or too cold , a perfect gravitational force is present , just the right amount of oxygen etc . etc . These are some examples one can give , there are many more .
Certainly, the opening pages of the Srimad Bhagavatam confirm this , the famous opening sloka declares Divinity is directly and indirectly conscious of every aspect of creation , a creation that emnates from consciousness . Life comes from life… Molecules don’t move towards life , something brings them together. The Srimad Bhagavatam itself is a series of one to one conversations through time frames , there are dialogue partners , and these constantly weave in and out of space time , over billions of years and not in any chronological order . There are references to appropriate histories and certain lessons that can be learned either from Divinity Himself or His devotees . These are defined as factual events relating to Krishna and His devotees or illustrative stories , like fables bringing home key and important philosophical points .
The Bhagavatam appears and dissappears in the long course of 311 trillion years of a set time of this universe, as much as the sun rises and sets and appears to appear and disappear. The creator god Lord Bramha has inconceivably 4.5 billion of our years as his 12 hours , its recorded in the Bhagavatam as he sleeps , a partial shut down of the universe lasting for 4.5 billion years begins , before being rebooted . Although our total universe is trillions of years old , not all it is shut down , whilst Bramha sleeps , the highest planetary systems remains unaffected.
Lord Krishna Himself comes to reestablished forgotten Dharma or principles of religion , 5000 years ago He did sk , and when He left after completing His purpose the question arose what happened to Dharma ? . Dharma is a living thing , through ethereal energies, it has a supervisory system , means , if one acts within Dharma, ones life is reasonably fulfilled and progressive elevation of consciousness takes place . If one acts against Dharma, one degrades one’s consciousness and becomes helplessly entangled in reactions and sufferings within material conditioning . The key to understanding the Bhagavatam is to gain knowledge and faith in Sanatana Dharma , that is the eternal occupation of the soul , and the symptom of the soul is consciousness .
Ultimately by following Dharma it takes us to a place where consciousness can thrive , where it is surrounded by consciousness energy , and not deteriating and fluctuating matter made of atomic particals . …….The sages who question Sukadeva Goswami in the Bhagavatam, were told that when Krishna leaves this world , after His activities, Dharma and all its directions take shape in the form of the Srimad Bhagavatam . Everything for mankind is contained within its pages , and the expert person Bhagavat , who is realised in the Bhagavatam, is able to extract and understand its mysteries, in any given time , place or circumstances . No matter who we are or what we are , progressive steps are chalked out for every section of society . It is said one who does wrong or suffers wrong is wrong , and Lord Krishna always favours good Brahminical councils who bring justice to all proceedings in administrations . In its absence, there is turmoil in society reflected in the current times . Today, we see unnecessary suffering and deliberate misguidance brought about by so-called leaders who are absolutely not fit to lead . One who studies the Srimad Bhagavatam will bring great security and wisdom to himself and a family . History , science, and religion are all essential ingredients to life , otherwise, mistaken ideas develop, leading to great misfortune. Wherever there is Krishna, there is always great fortune and victory. Krishna lies within all the pages of the Bhagavatam directly or indirectly.
Time in reality is an allocated period given to conscious beings who temporarily reside in a particular body for a given length of time . This time period is determined not only by physical laws of nature but also by unseen laws operating beyond the comprehension of scientific communities . Nobody has a clue, for instance, why the laws of time are affecting different species at different rates .
Nature originates from Krishna or Visnu ,according to the Vedas , every species of life or person is under specific strict time allocation . Scientists know quite a lot about the presence of all kinds of laws ,some they understand well others not so well , but we can safely say they cannot fathom the origins of these laws of why they hold firmly in place consistently. The Darwinians and scientific materialism speculators presume such events in nature are happening by somehow random chance events that began sometime in a distance past ,. But the obvious question is , in our experience laws and set order comes by design and intelligence. Thus it seems logical that the order and laws of the universal affairs may have a specific source . The Darwinian alternative that somehow or other these perfect laws of material nature formed and mysteriously maintain themselves seems absurd in real terms . Many prominent scientists, rebel against the concept of chance events being the ultimate cause , like Sir Fred Hoyle for instance , who could see clearly that the laws of nature are finely tuned , with perfect amounts of atoms and compound to make life possible , he was puzzled by the availability of so much carbon , which is essential for life , and why there should be so much of it in the universe , compared to other elements.
Law means lawmaker , that’s logic , and the Vedas give details of the fundermental principles of material nature, which incorporate the atomic and ethereal plane of existence , and it indicates its our minds and consciousness that are forced to identify with it and respond to it . In regards to how someone may know the details of the laws of time allocation, the head of this universe Bramha has inconceivable intelligence ,which has been alloted to him. As much as Einstein, Schrödinger or Bohr have inconceivable intelligence compared to the common man .
So Lord Bramha , the allocated engineer of this universe, transmits knowledge of all his scientific works to Narada Muni. He is no ordinary person , he was the Guru of Vyasadeva ,who was no ordinary person . He was the Guru of Sukadeva Goswami , who was no ordinary person , but the speaker of the Bhagavatam ..so one can say the origins of the knowledge of the Vedas and the universe are coming from beings and personalities beyond it . Divinity Himself is one and different from His material energies.
So, the science contained in summary form in the Bhagavatam stems ultimately from the engineer of universal affairs , and Lord Bramha transmits such knowledge to those that need to know and who have pure senses . Bramha was given the intelligence to carry out his work of creation and laying the foundations of the physical and subtle laws by Visnu Himself.
The universe is certainly most puzzling to the science community. The more they study it , the more complex it becomes , this includes the science of time, its inconceivable nature , and so as before said scientists do not understand why time works the way it does , as much as they cannot produce rna in the laboratory to 100 % purity , the way nature makes it , only 1% purity has been achieved in a laboratory setting . The Vedic system is to accept pure knowledge from the pure sound of the supreme intelligentsia. The origin of this pure knowledge is Lord Bramha, and as much as everyone is accepting knowledge from intelligent men and women , people like Richard Feynman , Einstein , Bohr , Schrödinger , Teller etc etc . so why not Lord Bramha ? And the persons he transmitted it to.
The very best scientist always say they know very little of the real details of the universe and its functioning. Unfortunately, some scientists will make bold declarations . Like the immature Darwinians who assume Darwinian evolutionary theory is fact based science Real scientific thinkers know it’s not . it’s at most a hypothesis .
In the great scheme of things we should always necessarily understand God is our greatest well wisher and is friendly.
While in the material world we have to deal with varieties of Karmic synchronicities , but we must learn to intelligently and utalising Dharma departmentalise our problems and issues , and not overly dwell on them .
Srila Bhaktivinod Thakur would say one should live minute by minute , day by day , but with the ultimate goal in mind the ” param gatim ” which is to keep developing our relationship with God and serve His interests and the interests of His family and friends.

But extraordinary as it might sound , this kind of thinking and discussion parallels some of the talks that Krishna had with Arjuna in the Bhagavad Gita . That due to bad habits or previous connections , in previous lives , we are forced to act by the material energies in certain ways , almost beyond our control . But Krishna says , by education, association and practice, we can learn to practice ” free won’t ” means , my body and mind are attracting me to do something , but , but I won’t listen . Because there is going to be an outcome of these actions that ultimately will not be in my best interests . The founder of ISKCON Srila Prabhupada said in his writings ,” The devotee is very expert at ignoring his mind.”
By such practice of controlling mind and senses, it is medically proved , says Michael Egnore, that the neurons begin firing differently , brain patterns change , the secretion of brain chemistry behaves differently , thus addiction and craving subside . It has been detected that a person’s brain is working to attract the person to particular experiences, but a resistance occurs , thus overcoming previous tendencies that a material body and mind by former karmic positions would be expected to adopt .The whole of the principles of a yogic system are centred on this phenomenon . In Vedic understanding , two things are at play , God helps those that help themselves.
Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur, a famous and prolific writer of Vedic philosophical matters, tells we , as spiritually minded persons, have two bodies , the influences of the former life , and the influences of this life .
If we could see the atomic influences along with ethereal planes , we would see clouds of influences ready to move our psychological movements and senses in particular ways , things the astrologers can pick up in astrological readings . So the current body along with its associated energies , is one body , and a newly forming spiritual body , depending on how much we form it , the process referred to as ‘Sadhana practice and Ragganuga practice in the Vedas is at work. Namely , the forming of a mentally conceived spiritual form , our original pure spiritual senses and mind are developed .
Thus, the phrase “the science of self realisation ” has many connotations .
When Sir Fred Hoyle said that the universe is too finely tuned to be a cataclysmic chance event , the atoms , elements , compounds, and molecular structures require exact combinations of protons in the atomic structures , which cause the set various elements for the construction of the universe . Our earth planet, for instance, and the structures for physical life requires a great deal of carbon . Sir Fred thought it was a mystery that this all-important element should be ” by chance ” in place by an unguided unexplained big bang .“Someone has monkeyed with our universe so the right and perfect balance of the required elements came to be in place to support life ” he declared .
Actually, the universe is finely tuned way beyond anyones comprehension, never mind the physical universe . Our bodies and their make is one thing , but minds and consciousness? The scientific members are absolutely clueless about .
The Vedas say our next body is already beginning to form , from the subtle ethereal electricity of our minds desire as well as activities which all fall under the jurisdictions of universal laws , as much as we are under state laws and are responsible for our actions . These universal energies are , according to Vedic Scientific studies, parallel quantum physics and the work of Bohr and Schrödinger and the conclusion of the Copenhagen agreement . The universe is responding to material actions both subtle and gross as well as directly from the spiritual consciousness . In the case of a Krishna conscious person, who, due to the practice of hearing about Krishna , Radharani, and the spiritual world , are changing destiny . Srila Visvanatha Cakravati speaks of a mentally conceived spiritual body , obtained through the purification of the Holy names , a process given by Mahaprabhu . And along side deep remberance and extremely deep meditation based on the revelations of a spiritual world are revealed by our acaryas . Srila Rupa Goswami ,Srila Ragganath das Goswami, Jayadeva Goswami, Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur, to name but a few .
In fact Srila Visvanatha Cakravati Thakur says we have two bodies, the one we are currently in and the one that is forming , either a spiritual or another material body . So the universal and spiritual affairs and its reponsive possibilities that are automatically tuned to consciousness development, are beyond our comprehension , but perhaps our modern AI technology might hint at instant response systems . Your phone immediately understands your wants and desires, in its built-in algorithms, so the trancendental algorithms and the super subjective algorithms of our universal masters are at work.
Niels Bohr , Schrödinger ,Teller or Feynman, would probably not deny this type of information exchanges and the reformation of the material and spiritual energy.
In todays world and we are all amazed at the communication powers of electrical signals and now light waves. It’s how the whole world instantly communicates.
It’s hailed as a modern wonder and the progressive march of mankind , but to who knows where?
Truely, it is astounding but have you ever wondered about the electricity in your brain and the untapped psychic powers that it might possess . Think of Uri Gellor , or the yogic mystics, and consider some of the ancient historical documentation of various cultures . Could it be they also used electricity and psychic powers in extraordinary ways , evidence for communications , psychic subtle travelling, or an ability to lift huge weights and be able to rearrange gross matter in various ways are all recorded .
It is said in the Vedas that in this current time, man becomes engrossed in matter, like the animals, and loses touch with his inbuilt powers of a strong mind , and the benefits that can bring .
Certainly, anyone who leads a controlled life has more power over his minds energies than those who blindly and immorally follow their uncontrolled senses and minds .
Krishna is His Bhagavad Gita gives us full information as to how to tap into the unlimited potential of a controlled mind and senses.

Ontology
The study of being, or the nature of existence and what is real. Ontology is concerned with what exists and what is true or real. It covers a wide range of entities, including everyday objects, living beings, and ideas.
Epistemology
The study of knowledge, or how we can know things. Epistemology is concerned with how we can know about the existence of things and how we can separate true ideas from false ideas. It also studies theories of knowledge, such as how knowledge is derived and how reliable it is. “
The Vedic perspective…..
The Vedas brings all on a journey of knowledge , everyone and everybody are included . Offering appropriate wisdom and systematic learning to children , the youth, and older folks . According to where ones life journey ended , automatically, again one picks up the mantel of learning and sets off on the journey. Specifics of learning obviously vary in many ways , but onwards and upwards is the prescription for all . Ultimately, if we want to gain knowledge of Divinity and His sciences, there are correct and recognised epistemological processes and the purificatory processes of the different varnas and ashrams are given. The first thing is to become pure in consciousness by following standards alloted according to one’s situation. Only by the acceptance of a process will an understanding of the Supreme pure be developed and perfected. The original Vedas have been summarised into short codes and aphorisms . The Srimad Bhagavatam is the natural commentary of these codes , called the Vedanta-sutra.
Within the Srimad Bhagavatam, Jiva Goswami says are the epistemological systems of the Sruti , Smriti , Puranas, and Tantras , so everything complete .This is so because the Vedas as a complete unit is very difficult to understand in a comprehensive way . Srila Jiva Goswami says in this in his Tattva Sandarbha.
ataḥ śrī-kṛṣṇa-nāmādi na bhaved grāhyam indriyaiḥ sevonmukhe hi jihvādau svayam eva sphuraty adaḥ
Translation
“ ‘Therefore material senses cannot appreciate Kṛṣṇa’s holy name, form, qualities and pastimes. When a conditioned soul is awakened to Kṛṣṇa consciousness and renders service by using his tongue to chant the Lord’s holy name and taste the remnants of the Lord’s food, the tongue is purified, and one gradually comes to understand who Kṛṣṇa really is .

Athato brahma jijnasa is a phrase from the Vedanta-sutra that means “Now is the time to inquire about the Absolute Trut
jīvera ‘svarūpa’ haya — kṛṣṇera ‘nitya-dāsa’ kṛṣṇera ‘taṭasthā-śakti’
bhedābheda-prakāśa
Translation
“It is the living entity’s constitutional position to be an eternal servant of Kṛṣṇa because he is the marginal energy of Kṛṣṇa and a manifestation simultaneously one with and different from the Lord, like a molecular particle of sunshine or fire. Kṛṣṇa has three varieties of energy.
The conclusive understanding of who we are is given by Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu in His teaching, that we are all , as every living thing is , inconceivably and simultaneous one and different from God .
This understanding separates Sankacarya and his oneness from the philosophy of Madhva Acarya, Ramanuja Acarya , Srila Visnu Swami , and Nimbarka Acarya , who respectively taught , purified monism , ( a connection with Divinity) specific monism , ( as a servant of Divinity in varying ways ) pure monism ( indicating a oneness in love ) and one and difference.
Caitanya Mahāprabhu added the inconceivable and simultaneous oneness and difference in His revealing the pranaya , oneness in love , particularly of the Manjaris , technically called Tad tad bhava icha atmika .
Thus the Vedas lack nothing in the matter of epistemology or ontology and their conclusion.

” More is unknown than is known. We know how much dark energy there is because we know how it affects the universe’s expansion. Other than that, it is a complete mystery. But it is an important mystery. It turns out that roughly 68% of the universe is dark energy. Dark matter makes up about 27%. The rest – everything on Earth, everything ever observed with all of our instruments, all normal matter – adds up to less than 5% of the universe. Come to think of it, maybe it shouldn’t be called “normal” matter at all, since it is such a small fraction of the universe.”
Every species of life sees life differently , even human beings see , think , feel, and will in individual subjective ways , from the artist who sees incredible details in nature , which they represent in their arts of all kinds , and the hawk flying high in the air has incredible detailed vision with which to locate prey below , the owls eyes are able to see in the darkness of night , the dogs hear high pitch sound , and whales can percieve low sounds .
The vedas speak of the fourteen planetary systems within our universe, along with 400,000 different human like beings whose bodies and senses are designed for certain atmospheric conditions which operate in different time zones , our 12 hours is equivalent to their 6 months , and in the case of Lord Bramha , his 12 hours are equivalent to our 4.5 billion years . Such multidimensional universes can not necessarily be observed by those with earthly senses , as much as humans themselves have different degrees of intellectual and sensual awareness . They differ drastically from one another and, of course, from the other species. So we can safely say the fourteen planetary systems can be considered parallel planes unobserved by humans , at least, that is the general rule .
Yogis with mystic power , are said in the Vedas to be able to transport themselves in their subtle bodies to other parts of the universe and interchange existences .
Marie Currie, the Nobel prize winner for her work on x rays , carried out many experiments with telepathy and knew of the realistic states of a subtle a existence.
The Harvard Prof Lisa Randall has written many papers and books on multidimensional space time existence and the many possibilities of existence.
Yoga means to understand the dualism of life , mind , matter and consciousness , things that Plato and Socrates spoke about , although Democritus held the modern scientific materialism veiw .
The Vedas dismiss the idea of chance events in a universe caused by the somewhat ludicrous suggestion that the big bang originated from another aspect of an atomic realm , that somehow gave birth to countless atoms , that make up the elements, and compounds we see in the classical physical plane of our experience . They postulate that everything observed is because of another chance event , meaning the neurons firing by chance in the brain that supposedly causes consciousness , such is the speculative explanations of atheistic persons, in their analysis of life , which is greatly helped along by education system and the guesses of the Darwinian hypothesis that are taught as practically fact based science.
