Real science improvements .

Today’s contemporary society claims it wants to live life with increasing improvements based on newer and newer scientific findings . The scientific community claims to know so many things and make constant references to the improvents it brings to everyone with promises of more to come .The sciences of materialism , known as scientific materialism , based on subjective speculations that consciousness is only a chance outcome of combining particals of matter originating from an atomic realm. Although the origins of how the big bang banged remains, their mystery , however it’s not a mystery to the Vedas.
Blind acceptance of any messages by wishful speculative thinkers and accepted as objective fact based  science, which remains unquestioned by unthinking persons , and 80% of the worlds population are Darwinian convinced .  Such persons  have been indoctrinated since childhood and  sold a world view that claims  itself as  superior widom . This state of affairs scientifically needs urgent rectification .
Albert Einstein, Richard Feynman , Niels Bohr , Schrödinger as well as many great philosophers , scientific thinkers, and religionists , saw that, ultimately, its consciousness that is key to understanding life . Harmony with nature can be achieved as well as between all beings , based on knowledge of consciousness. That is the single  most important scientific study , but it’s sadly neglected by 95% of those working in scientific research. Yet consciousness is the key to good healthy living in every way  and can easily lead to harmonized politics.
Hildegard Von Bingin, the brilliantly practised Nun who lived many centuries ago has left us all the wisdom of her thinking in the form of  her writing, art, and music , such writing also establishing  harmony of nature society and consciousness. It was Einstein who said ,
Religion without science is blind and science without religion is lame . The Vedas establish scientific studies of consciousness as the primary concern for everyone,  along with social sciences  and brings harmonised and balanced lives  , based on the fact that any discord is , harmonized in the absolute truth , and never in speculations and dishonesty

But who or what has shaped your world veiw , or your particular way of looking at the world , your particular way of interactions with the world or others within it .
Vedas says these are the results of many interactions and many types of association over many lives.
Individual consciousness always exists and that brings flavour and pleasure, these are all the arrangements of Divinity.
We should remember the wise words of Srila BR Sridhar Swami.
All discord is harmonized in the absolute truth.
But equally remember there is absolute truth that can harmonise .
Educated opinion is key .
Your job is to look for it .

“According to their karma, all living entities are wandering throughout the entire universe. Some of them are being elevated to the upper planetary systems, and some are going down into the lower planetary systems. Out of many millions of wandering living entities, one who is very fortunate gets an opportunity to associate with a bona fide spiritual master by the grace of Kṛṣṇa. By the mercy of both Kṛṣṇa and the spiritual master, such a person receives the seed of the creeper of devotional service.

It seems inconceivably that so many countless trillions of individual particles of consciousness,  all of whom are  ultimately parts and parcels of God, find themselves in such a predicament . Everywhere you look, you will find such particles of consciousness,  in the land , the sea , the air , outside of things , within things , and the Vedas indicates on every planet within the multidimensional universes and multiple universes. What are they all doing? what are they looking for ?  why is each one in a specific position ? What or who is making such arrangements ?

Generally, when these types of questions come into people’s minds, they have no answer or they accept the Darwinian answer or the answer given by the impersonal following of Sankacarya or Buddha.

Bhagavad Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam give the fully comprehensive answer that incorporates unlimited time , unlimited material desires , unlimited searches and variations of sensual and spiritual experiences and the various mixes of them .

The opulences of this planet are a minor exhibition compared to the opulences of the upper planetary systems the Vedas tell us .

The individuals main purpose is to seek pleasures of all kinds and minimise suffering . In seeking pleasure, he wants beauty,  influence,  knowledge, wealth, and strength . Relatively speaking that can be found in any of the 8400000 species of life , and according to circumstances of our own making and our own complex inner minds and phycological make up, our consciousness and its actions and exchanges are automatically connected to the responsive universe of experiences . For instance if someone desperately wants experiences of control and manipulation of other , they can find themselves fully rewarded by being the lead fish in the Pacific ocean with thousands of fish following their every move , or they could find themselves as head of the upper planetary systems , depending on motives and purity of motivation our temporary next destination is chalked out .

A consciousness particle is eternal and can be  eternally connected to matter , the experiences it has  can never be repeated , otherwise consciousness would become stale and predictable. The ever new spiritual experiences of a soul are reflected within matter and the great provider Maha Visnu is providing such experiences,  until such times when we desire to join the experiences of Divinity directly.

One must ask , if there is God, what does He do with His eternal time ?

Srila BR Sridhar Swami would say all discord is harmonized in the absolute.
What is that discord?
Conditioned nature or spiritual nature ?
What is someone’s nature ?
In the material world ones nature is acquired by one’s material actions generated by the universal affairs.
In the spiritual world, ones original spiritual nature is revealed when one gives up material nature .
Nature can change , free will changes , conditioned nature and to an extent also in the spiritual nature , because love is always increasing and specific attractions occasionally change .
All the spiritual natures although appearing as discord, as the personality effect can bring , are harmonized in the absolute . Every one has pure intentions but different intentions towards Krishna .
Lord Balarama expands His forms and energies in various ways . Our conditioned minds and conditioned intelligence are part of His energies that make up our subtle body .
We have a gross and subtle body that is not our permanent condition but a fluctuation .
Balarama through Mula Sankarsan, Maha Sankarsan, Maha Visnu, and all the corresponding energies, both material and spiritual, serves Krishna in incalculable ways .
Balarama is the original Guru for all beings, and the particles of eternal consciousness, the living beings, all expand from Him .Krishna, the Supreme Personality of Godhead’s first expansion is Lord Balarama, and He is said to be non different that Krishna.
Lord Balarama is the great servant of Kṛṣṇa and encourages us to follow in the service mode .

It’s indeed inconceivable that the innumerable individual living beings who each possess a unique sense of individuality can, in an individual way, express that towards Divinity.

Space time.

We can say one’s consciousness along with its activites from the past effects our  present . The present will certainly effect our  future , including the long distant future , however, destinations and destinies can be changed . What should have effected us because of the past , in  present times , may not do so . The conclusion is our  present activities can change what was  going to be due from our past ,  won’t necessarily happen . Equally , our  future activities can still be affected by both our long distant past as well as our present activity.  Or the future will be  predominantly affected by only the recent  past and not a long distant past . In this way, the past , present, and future and our conscious actions are  deeply entangled within space time . Its only our consciousness and the choices it makes and who it follows that cause all activities within spacetime or their influence can be  reversed or halted . Thus, the Vedic veiw is Einstein was correct to say past , present and futures are intertwined ,  we can by our activites effect the past , but not necessarily step back into the past.  However, because the material universes are cyclic, they  are created maintained and destroyed time and time again , who is to say that history is not repeating itself over and over again but with some slight variations.  It’s the modes of nature that are  functional goodness,  passion, and ignorance with practically unlimited consequences Bhagavad Gita indicates. No one can stop doing something for a moment. The main recommendation is … dont get entangled in all parts of the Vedas , but only the Bhakti yoga sastras .Rise above the material aspects of the Vedas .

The founder acarya of ISKCON caused some controversy amongst the media in the USA in the 1960s pointing out that on  average, men’s brains are larger than women’s brains.

Recently, studies show that male brains are typically 8-13% larger than female brains . This difference in size is not related to intelligence, as both male and female brains are, of course, similar . It’s also clear ladies and men are as equally intelligent in their own ways ,  intelligence differs  according to one’s karmic position, and there are different types of intelligence. It was Richard Feynman who said you could have a pocket full of PHd’s and be a complete idiot .The Vedas indicates that the greatest use of intelligence is to have the wisdom and insights to be able to separate consciousness from matter . The objective world of dualism.

It’s the role that ladies  play in modern times that have changed  from former times . So has much in life and especially the economy. Everything is mighty expensive, and everyone is encouraged to become as rich as possible,  and if you want a big house, big car , and big everything else, both mothers  and fathers have to work hard . Schools and other educational institutions provide all kinds of directions  to children and from an early age . In former times, mothers played more the home and educational role

Ladies in historic times have always played an intelligent and important role in supporting their husbands and children, giving much needed support and insights with great emotional care. and they still do. In modern times however  Vedic cultures can be and are adapted . The priorities and principles of ladies supporting their men , who are carrying out their duties properly and work hard for the family is a good one, of course . It’s the essential element that  ladies bring and bring stabilised families that are healthy in body , mind, and spirit. With the mothers spending as much time as possible with their children. The choices are how much money we need , but equally how to give the best of times and security for the family.

So the Vedic life of simple living and  high thinking with family orientated traditions and loyalties  is good for everyone. Along with automatically further development in one’s consciousness without the  hindrance of dealing with broken relationships and all that brings.

Modern life and liberalism can be troubling, especially if it’s centred around the speculations and teaching of Darwinian scientific materialism of one life, one death , so what the he’ll,  let’s go with the minds flow . We should guard against those who advocate liberalisation of family and cultural values based on theological sciences of consciousness development

Unless one understands the conclusions of Bhagavad Gita, which is “Man mana bhava mad bhakto “
“Think of me and  become my devotee.” These  are the words of Krishna , one may be missing the essential messages He intends to give .

How to think of Krishna ? Being absorbed in the topmost levels of pure love in deep meditations  have been demonstrated by Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu in his absorption of the mood of Srimati Radharani , the damsels of Vraj and their young assistants the Manjaris. This confidential  truth of the life that Mahāprabhu lived and  experienced was taught by Him to  the Goswamis of Vrndavana   headed by Srila Rupa Ragganatha . Krishna says in His  Bhagavad Gita, ” Think of Me become My devotee” and Mahaprabhu by His practical example shows how .  Mahaprabhu’s followers headed by Srila Rupa Ragganatha have recorded and delineated everything in their writings . One may miss out on the essence of Mahaprabhu’s ’ purposes for appearing and get caught up in the  many peripheral aspects of a progressive path of spiritual life , Krishna also in His Bhagavad Gita chalked out many paths before coming to the essence. Likewise, Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu  recognised in his conversation with Ramananda Roy these somewhat progressive paths … but kept saying ” This is good, but is there more “or ” that is also good, but is there more”

Everything of this conversation is in the Caitanya Caratamrita and Srila AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada has translated it to English along with explanations to all the peripherals and a thorough explanation to the essence of Bhakti yoga is given , that he learned from his teacher Srila Bhaktisiddanta Sarasvati Goswami Maharaja.

It is a miscalculation to place an over emphasis on Guru alone , Sastra alone or Sadhu’s alone .

Thus the Gaudia Vaisnava’s have emphasised the three in one .
This is so for purposes .

Once I submitted an important document to a group of persons working on a particular project, one person became disturbed I had done so , saying ” I know that document well and have studied it , if that group wants to know anything about it they can ask me “
But …how do we know such a person has understood and interpreted the documents correctly?

Thus check and balance is spiritual life ..
When Guru , other recognised historical or current saints. And the scriptures line up ….we have the essence of the Vedas ..

Prabhupada said also , ” You have to fly your own kite,” meaning take responsibilities , utilising the Vedic systems .

Judging by the current state of world affairs , its clear the economist’s have failed the people they are supposed to serve. The global model is an exploitative contrivance that promises much and delivers little except wars and poverty , and based on the principles of divide and rule .
The Vedic systems of economics are based on a much more simple and localised approach . It always works in harmony with nature and all who live . The provision of good healthy food and shelter for every type of person ,along with an expectation of everyone to properly carry out their duties alloted by nature are all in the mix of the Vedic economics.
Time for a rethink of world economics and the real values of life alongside nature and respect for it and all who live within it .

One one level, the simple economics of people owning and taking care of cows provides essential nutrition, and of course, the bulls work the land or provide transport.

We are currently looking for foundations that will fund a feasibility study on how teams of bulls pulling specially adapted turbines can compete easily and probably do better than wind turbines that are expensive and of  course really on winds and battery storage.

Lithium and heavy metal wars ..

And electric cars ….say no more ..

A so called green and peaceful way of future energy sources….but ..there is not enough copper or Lithium for everyone…and mining it requires heavy chemicals and in some cases child labour .
Nevertheless we need it ..

So let’s fight for it …and kill for it ..

The highly technology world driven by failed economists and leaders with no understanding of the real values of life are taking all the lemmings of the cliff .

A loving parent gives a child a name, and the child accepts the name . Indeed, when we speak of the child , the child comes into our mind, and we remember the child and the child’s activities.

God Himself also has activities and such activities inspire His devotees to give Him names , because they are names given by knowledgeable devotees and primarily , because they are given in love by the devotees,  the Lord happily accepts those  names , they become non different from Him . God is absolute and has no beginning or end , His activities and names are also absolute . In the material world, an action has a beginning, a middle, and an end . In fact, everything in the material world  is created, maintained, and destroyed.

But God’s activities are eternally manifest , they are never destroyed, and thus, when God’s devotees meditate on any of His activities, they enter into those activities and relish with their spiritually conceived pure minds and spiritual forms and they  partake in services for the pleasure of the Lord . Thus, they associate with Krishna and enter into those eternally manifest pastimes.

Meditations on a spiritual plane are carried out not with material energies but rather  surcharged spiritual senses that gain entrance into  eternally manifest pastimes of Radha Krishna or any of Their expansions , where  They are always situated with Their associates.

The following verse epitomises the Sri Harinama sankirtana movement instigated by Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu and Lord Nityananda, which AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada brought to the world , beginning in 1965 in USA.

Bhagavad Gita 2.59

visaya vinivartante
niraharasya dehinah
rasa-varjam raso ‘py asya
param drstva nivartate

TRANSLATION

The embodied soul may be restricted from sense enjoyment, though the taste for sense objects remains. But, ceasing such engagements by experiencing a higher taste, he is fixed in consciousness.

When we call out Gaura and  Nityananda’s  names .

We are also in a trancendental sence addressing Srimati Radharani , Lord Krishna, and Lord  Balarama . Lord Balarama expanding as Maha Sankarsan and Mula Sankarsan expands all the living beings , eternally He is  serving Krishna in His  incalculable and inconceivable capacities . He is extremely compasionate upon the living beings and when Balarama comes in the form of  Nityananda prabhu His  magnanimity is greatly expanded under the order of Sri Caitanya Mahāprabhu , who is tasting the most glorious love of Srimati Radharani , the supreme Goddess of fortune. Srimati Radharani’s kindness and compasionate nature knows no end , and Mahaprabhu orders Nityananda prabhu to distribute Her kindness and sweetness far and wide .

In this age of degradation,  quarrel and hypocrisy , our  consciousness has become so degraded  that  practically speaking pious behaviour and good hearts are rarely seen . Nevertheless, immediately, even the most unqualified  and degraded person can be at once  delivered from the depths of degradation and taste some of  the trancendental thrills of the spiritual world and discover something of their spiritual form .

By the mercy and kindness of Srimati Radharani ,  Lord Krishna, and Lord Balarama and Their devotees, the Hare Krishna Maha Mantra  is reverberating  throughout the world and has surcharged the world with auspiciousness . The energies of the world are gradually changing , innocent people’s intelligence is awakening, and they are  beginning to see clearly fake leaders who only bring miserable conditions. As intelligence develops, such newly invigorated souls are leaving behind lifetimes of previous conditioning and the  false promises of permanent happiness in matter .

Ultimately, what is being distributed by Caitanya Mahāprabhu is  love of God . It’s  the greatest exhibition of magnanimity , the greatest  display of magnanimity as the highest of spiritual bliss is handed  to the lowest and most degraded person’s. Srila Gour Govinda Swami would say , “You can not surrender artificially to Krishna, it’s a surrender based on pure love .” Mahaprabhu is tasting the Love Radharani feels for Krishna and is  distributing it to one and all through the chanting of Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare.

Cleaning the mirror of the heart and revealing pure love.
