In reality, there are numerous things causing these mental health problems .
Social media is the prime candidate , with ever increasing artificial stimulus and unrealistic expectations of what is a happy life , taught in 99% of the time by people who are clueless , and who themselves repeat narratives.

The Darwinian narrative is another cause of a sense of hopelessness for some , not understanding that theologically  and philosophically the mind is an ever changing substance that can and should be trained to become one’s friend. Based on a deep sense of well-being  within everyone.

Personal habits of excess in meat eating , drinking and drugs, and Liberal and promiscuous sex , that  is plastered all over the internet, especially add to the woes of the mind .

Other complications such as family lives being disrupted by Liberal views on , self first , duty later , to eager to promote changing partners ,without considering the effects on children, or even people’s own lives is another malady , obviously there may be differences in relationships,  but first work hard to resolve them , through a sence of higher duties. And obviously many, many more reasons for poor mental health could be given .

The Vedas indicate  previous unhealthy and insulting exchanges with other people, either physical violence or mental violence and verbal offensive behaviour, will ultimately do harm to mental health in the long run .

So ,BBC , get real , if your going to run a story , run it throughly and not thoughtlessly.

Generally, in democratic society, unfortunately, the ruthless Buisness man has been pushed to the head of society, and the real intelligentsia are silenced .

If we really examine the above statement,  we can consider that, actually,  observations point to objective facts .there are no transitions, and the punctuated equilibrium hypocrisy is just another guess by Stephen Gauld ,there are no mutations bringing positive new information to the genome, mutational math does not work , one billion monkeys typing on one billion typewriters for one billion years wont produce a a complete page of a Shakespeare script,  a bike lock with four rollers has thousands of combinationz , how about a bike lock with 24 rollers. Can you open by chance the combination?

What was thought as junk dna is now observed  as useful and functional . Archaeological anomalies , as depicted in the book, the hidden history of the human race  , the list goes on .

Countries heavily in debt and who  desperately need to expand markets and influence , due to greed and excessive lifestyle,  that bring misery to their citizens , but sold to them as pleasure.  USA is 38 trillion dollars in debt , costing one trillion per year just to service the debt , and desperate times lead to desperate measures.

Such unfit leaders   fail to understand the consequences of bringing harm to others , the laws of karma are clear , in the Vedic theological texts, as well as other writing from other theological cultures.

The atheistic Darwinians and those subscribing to scientific materialism don’t believe in ethereal laws , but whether they believe or not , is of no real consequence , the universal laws will act irrespective of whether someone knows or ignores theological and scientific warnings

Supposing China wanted to place its military and political might in Mexico,  right on USA boarders …..Will USA declare …no problem this is freedom of expression and freedom of the Mexicans to decide.

The pen represents the intelligentsia , societies should always be run by the intelligentsia,  who have cool heads ,and not hot-headed political classes. That is always the Vedic way.

Actually, 100s of thousands of years ago , practically, there was only one culture that developed differentiation as nations and societies grew apart due to the nature of time and change and developing of material consciousness as opposed to spiritual

The checks and balances of what  the Vedic systems call Guru , Sadhu, and  Sastra is a sure and steady approach to Divinity.

When these three are seen to align, then one can be sure at least a proper understanding of the methods of approaching Divinity and a correct philosophical understanding is being arrived at  .  This initial and preliminary path, if approached carefully and if its  well  practised , can bring the candidate to further and deeper understanding , especially those of the Gaudia acaryas with their  realisations and esoteric realisations and writings that bring entrance  into Vrndavana Dharma itself .

Depending on ones spiritual desires that are cultivated by association  of advanced devotees  determine how one’s natural attraction to Divinity is developed or revived , so accordingly, different realisations of Divinity and relationships occurs . All absolutes are reconciled in the absolute , and the mature scholars and devotees know these truths well .

The fragile position of an individual particle of consciousness that has been  overwhelmed by material energies ,  becomes vulnerable and overwhelmed by the illusory energies , but Divinity makes  perfect arrangements for  rescue . This is carried out via the Divinely inspired literatures ,  both Sruti and Smriti , the Spiritual master who has deeply entered the spiritual realms , either Diksa or Siksa  , as well as other Sadhus and saints , who assist with checks and balance.

The combination of individuals’ sincerity , along with spiritual teaches or Gurus as well as  an  intelligent discrimination of the  very broad ranging theological texts  that may serve specific purposes for different people at certain times or places or circumstances is required to understand Divinity.

Although  individual sincerity is important, it’s also important to realise we are not the only sincere person . Many others have traversed the path of truth , and we need to understand the symptoms of those  who are  on the path .  Those who are mature and perfecting  the journey also understand the essence of what theologies have to offer , along with many  peripherals paths  chalked out for the sake of humanity.

So, not alone , but with others, we understand Divinity and serve Him .

The sun is devolved from the brahmajyoti. The Vedas indicate that all matter is also ultimately devolved from the brahmajyoti .The vedic term is the Mahatattva …meaning totality of matter , matter in its  most  primitive form , that is then  infused with light , developing and expanding from atomic form  into the elements , compounds,molecules etc etc . The atoms of many elements can combine to form compounds. Individual, isolated unites of compounds are considered molecules. The atoms in most molecules are held together by strong attractive forces called chemical bonds. These bonds are formed through the interaction of valence electrons of the combining atoms.

In chemistry and physics, valence electrons are electrons in the outermost shell of an atom, and that can participate in the formation of a chemical bond if the outermost shell is not closed. In a single covalent bond, a shared pair forms with both atoms in the bond each contributing one valence electron.

When a semiconductor absorbs a photon, the energy of the photon can be transferred to an electron as potential energy. When the electron loses potential energy, the semiconductor can account for the energy difference by emitting a photon. The same thing is true for electrons. Photons, of course, don’t have any mass.

So the above indicates the Vedas parallels these truths and indicates the true worth of the Vedas and the origins of matter stemming from the Brahmajyoti .

Everything depends on chemical bonds. Without chemical bonds, everything would fall apart. And yet, scientists don’t entirely understand how chemical bonding works.
