All change at the higher end of the thinking of the physicists
Why place limits of where or how living systems exist.
The scientific community, for reasons best left to themselves to explain , assume that every part of our universe is subject to the exact same physical laws , including time dilation . They also assume the same chance evolutionary laws apply, meaning life will evolve in similar ways . When scientific materialism is instilled within the brain , it can only work one way .
Recently though , some scientists have begun to think quite differently. Certainly the Vedas have a lot to say on universal affairs and beyond and perhaps the Harvard Prof Lisa Randall is more closely aligned to the Vedas with her “Branes” (as in membrane) theory , which brings us the possibility of different laws and also planes of existence , those being visible only to certain types of senses and not ours . Ethereal planes of existence with opulences beyond our imagination and of much finer qualities are fully contained within the Vedic sciences. Time and relativity are Einstein’s thoughts, which are certainly played out throughout the Vedic universe.
Even in our experience of sensual life , the human cannot hear the high pitch of a dog whistle or the low sounds of the blue whale within the deep oceans. Senses differ . When you dream at night, you see, hear, and act out your life as much as in the day , that’s a fact , but not in your wakefulness body . So which body ? The fifth Canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam describes the multidimensional universe where laws and time operate according to other specifications and designs , higher grade of life with differences to minds , senses and an intelligence to suit . This is facilitating consciousness on unimaginable levels of beauty and wisdom . These displays of highly elevated states of beauty emotions and consciousness should not be dismissed . We should remember the inexplicable varieties of life on this physical plane , and also remember the inexplicable varieties of minds and intellects . We also should not limit God’s abilities or capability in his expressions and expansions of life of all kinds , He is unlimitedly powerful and naturally brings forth His energies. We can not compare them to ours , He is the supreme scientist.

Dr Richard Thompson, PHd , an ISKCON member, has written on Vedic cosmology , and the 3rd and 5th Canto of the Bhagavatam reveal the varigatedness of the multidimensional universe where time and physics operates entirely differently.
