The Vedic way is pointing to governance and compliance systems suitable for every kind of community . Peoples from different walks of life and karmas were all  carefully considered, and calculated policies were according applied , and each life is sacred according to the Vedas, including all the creatures’ lives . Equality should be calculated scientifically , a creature or animal is as conscious as we are , in their own way . The Artha sastra are particularly applicable to just and fare political arrangements of many kinds . The application , implications, and impacts on individuals of the different societies were considered by an intelligentsia who were all well versed in the sciences of mind , matter, and consciousness and could clearly see the correct applications for everyone’s  progressive directions according to time place and circumstance.
Currently, government ministers across the globe are not at all aligned with the clear realities of any objective sciences that are connected to mind , matter, and consciousness. Neither are their ” expert advisors ” that they  seek advice from ,  political classes and their political advisors are products of a system that has been bulldozed and compressed by a modern education system stemming from scientific materialism and Darwinian hypothesis . This  has allowed the intelligentsia to be demoted, and the third class unthinking and uneducated businessman have usurped power to rule the world . Uneducated democracies don’t work. Money ,exploitative psychological messaging , encroachment, and killing are the trademarks of these third class men who rule the world , and the ignorant blindly vote them in .
Thus, the blind and ignorant are most definitely leading the blind in world affairs, and their world view is perverse. We can not expect to have clear thinking or any kind of wisdom or directions given to us by those who are in ignorance themselves . Dualim based on sciences and religion is an  essential part  of knowledge, which is a fundamental part of peace individually and collectively.  The various branches of knowledge that are essential are all relatable and  can not be separated or neglected , but rather harmonized , and the Vedas do just that .
Predominately, unfortunately, we live in a world controled by fools and rascals, scientific materialism has become the leading light , and often  unthinking religionists apply theologically driven cultures in perverse and political ways , they merely pay lip services to God with no real devotion or knowledge of God .

In Vedic culture, the autocratic systems were in place not to dominate people but rather to serve and help with their every need. A  saintly person as a leader is a good thing , providing  he takes advice from other members of the intelligentsia.
Lord Ramachandra, whose appearance celebration is today was perceived, although wrongley , by simple members of his community to have acted incorrectly,  Lord Ramachandra  accepted his wife  Sita back after She was kidnapped by Ravana. The general people thought she had been polluted by Ravana and had been disloyal to Ramananda,  and in ancient Vedic ways, that would be an immoral act .
To satisfy the “mob,” who were wrongly complaining,  because Ravana could never  have any  association with Sita , the material and spiritual never mix , but still , Lord Ramachandra banished his wife to satisfy his critics , for the sake of good governance he sacrificed his own happiness. Thus, both Rama and Sita underwent great personal difficulties as an example for future leaders and of the standards and duties they would have to adopt , sacrificing  everything for the sake of their citizens is the real business of a leader. Modern equivalents can not be found , but rather quite the opposite . Sheer selfish calculations for their own prestige are only found

You can not change the course of history, but if you want to introduce justice , peace, and goodwill and Divinity favours your endeavours , those endeavours and their consequences become a part of history.
Nothing is totally inevitable , although the expression in the material world “as sure as death” is factual . Free will , free expression, and open communication with the absolute truth are forever flowing , the sincere will find intelligence flowing from Him . The Supreme Autocrat’s superior and all good counsel in all affairs are contained in every  theological text and primarily it will be in the hearts of His  representatives who are well wishers of all , the pure hearted are within all theological cultures
