The most intelligent of all arrangements surely is to have the most intelligent of leaders , who is of the highest characteristics in every way possible and because of such a persons impeccable character the associates that he would choose to help in his administration will naturally be of the same character as himself.
Birds of a feather flock together for sure , for example, dodgy, immoral characters who are apt to cheat and are duplicitous are sure to bring similar persons into their association a crooked person cannot understand truth or recognise or be attracted to goodness .
The Western societies are very enthusiastic about democracies, why ?
