With 8,400,000 different species of life and with each individual living being assigned an individual mind and intelligence suited for a particular species that is also endlessly mutable to adjust to every species, and  with 14 planetary systems within which countless billions of universes are situated , no one can accuse God of not providing ample opportunities for  countless living beings to express their free will , the  inherant quality of the soul . Every one get a fair crack of the whip .

Free will and determinism need facilitating, and a legislative response  within a responsive universe is in place , the universe  follows us .
