When free will is  granted, it comes with many possibilities.

In our own lives, our intelligence is seen to adapt  to various circumstances and is  responsive to the many possibilities that could occur in our day , every single creature has this ability in one way or another . One could ask the Darwinians,  just how did the  intelligence evolve , in fact what makes intelligence , in that regard, they appear clueless .

We can scale up expedentually to the unlimited and ever expanding macro universal order , and as Sir Fred Hoyle notes , there appears to be a clear indication of  universal intelligence. The Vedas indicates  such an intelligent arrangement ,  and it defines these as the many different Saktis of God , who is a most intelligent engineer ,  a supreme engineer of both matter , mind , and intelligence ,

These are the  displays of His Saktis,  or multifarious energies .  The energies and the energetic source . Everything has a cause, after all. This was famously noted by Richard Feynman when he discussed why Granny slipped on the ice and why she was taken to hospital. ( see you tube )

The Vedas clearly indicates why and how God has simultaneously and inconceivably become one and different , expanding Himself  through his personal forms and energies . They are all energies, both  described as internal and external , and  one with  but different from Him . His internal energies,  are the individual beings , currently wrapped up and  absorbed in matter . Naturally, He has left His traits of free will within all of His unlimited parts and parcels. One could say like father like son .

Being supremely intelligent ,God is  naturally responding to the many possibilities that come along with free will .  Take the example of governments all over the world , who are  creating facilities for enjoying and living  peacefully , but also alongside much needed   systems of justice and prison houses .  Along with free will come a degree of governance , compliance, and management of risks .  When free will becomes harmful to itself and others , steps are naturally taken within governmental systems and likewise in the universal machine of Divinity.

In the Vedas this governance,  compliance and risk assessments and management are all described very nicely in logical and rational ways , that are easy to understand.

So the need for the material worlds are a direct result of free will, and the many possibilities that occur and that cause the universal affairs to automate will  facilitate perfect tailor-made arrangements  are  deliberately legislated.   It’s so perfect that, along with free will and determinism , comes more free will and determinism ,  It’s  set in motion according to a long distant  past  and the  present activity.  This  will determine the next episode of our exhibition of the many possibilities of our free will.

Divinity invites us at any time to join His family, and break the cyclic cycle of birth and death , where the perfection of free will is exhibited based on nothing more than unmotivated pure love , increasing  in beauty  , described in the Vedas as the sixty four excellences of artistic emotional rasa they are forever on exhibition , unbounding perfections  in a  super subjective higher spiritual planes
