When Krishna consciousness is explained properly and from the right sources its very appealing , its appealing on many different levels to many different types of persons, the example of this is AC Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada who established a world wide movement called ISKCON, with countless followers , a huge array of litratures and media resources and huge temples world wide , all originating from one person who understood Krishna consciouseness and was able to communicate it purely .
The ISKCON movement also invigorated other Gaudia Vaisnava teachers and movements , which also flourish . The Vedic teachings of an original untainted Varna Ashram system based on the qualities of a person and not solely birth rights is being spread and will further spread throughout the world , a society based on more simple living , higher thinking and most importantly societies led by the true intelligensia.

The fanatical Christian and Muslim approaches to God consciousness with a heaven and eternal hell philosophy, based on a particular fanatical unthinking Christian or Muslim so-called scholar , should be roundly rejected. One should seek the true meanings contained in the Bible or koran .
That not how the all merciful all-encompassing and inherently good and wise God is , such perverted interpretations do a great disservice to the God they are trying to represent.
In every theological culture , one should reject the unthinking and unschorlarly fanatic , who seeks to change and interpret God to accommodate the tiny brains of the spectator who have inpure motives.
