In Vedic writings, there are many accounts recorded , giving  details of how inevitable degradation of society takes place ,  and how Krishna in His various capacities and incarnations has to repeatedly reestablish correct management , governance , compliance and risk assessments  by putting back in place the original systems of administration that He originally intends for mankind , but which become degraded , because of misuse of  free will and an overly independent self seeking enjoying spirit,  that leads to suffering and exploitation. Millions of years of the history of the ever fluctuating degradation of society are written .

The intelligentsia of the Brahminical order are meant to remain pure , detached, and spiritually strong , in that way keep intimate contact with Divinity and have deep insights into His desires and wishes for the direction for mankind .

When such pure hearted persons are correctly situated,  the Kings,  leaders, and administration as a whole automatically listen to their directions and greatly respect their wishes , the problem comes when the Brahminical order , in time becomes week and currupted for many complex reasons,  at that time the Kings and administrations feel they should take exclusive power , without having to consult the Brahminical order .

This leads to an increase in passion and ignorance in society because such kings and administrative orders are too inclined to establish kingdoms on earth, and forgetfulness of spiritual direction occurs .

In time the Kings become currupt and their ministers seek to replace them , thus governments and democracy take over , this causes further degradation and a further step into ignorance,  because mere political administrative persons are even more inclined to forget spiritual affairs and increase material affairs and take society in the wrong path .

History shows that such mundane administrative orders having no spiritual or proper wise king to guide them , seek guidance instead of money men , because money makers can easily currupt low class administrative persons , in todays world Globalist and international conglomerates own the world and introduce scientific materialism,  liberalism , false educational systems teaching scientific matters in tainted subjective ways , and in general,  such Globalist have not a clue of the deeper meaning or potential of life , and the ruin , ravage and pillage the earth and destroy communities and countries.
