Is that a reality?

The founder of ISKCON AC Bhaktivedanta Swami explains.

Prabhupāda: Śva-viḍ… Viḍ-varāha means hogs, and uṣṭra means camel, and kharaḥ means gāḍha, ass. So these leaders are being praised by these animals = dogs, hogs, camel and asses. And they are thinking they are very big men. What is the value of prayers offered by dogs, hogs, asses and camel? The general people are dogs, hogs, camels and asses ,  I think you have read. I have explained how they are camel, how they are dog, how they are hog and how they are ass. I have explained this.

Why A.C Bhaktivedanta Swami says this can be found in his many  writings , his commentary on the Srimad Bhagavatam  is clearly pointing out many things about modern social matters , you could say he is a social critic , bringing into focus , the Vedic perspectives .

The Vedas indicate people who are forgetting their God-given higher nature and like animals follow only their uncontrolled senses , are wasting an important opportunity,  and actually a special gift of material nature , a human life is well capable of understanding the rationale of Divinity , as He explains in His Bhagavad Gita the situation of , consciousness ,within matter at a certain time period,  as well as the concept of the reactive universe , anyone who has not read Bhagavad Gita , should make it an upmost priority in their lives .

Regarding animals …Can you tell a street dog not to have sex in the street in full view of the public , can you tell an Ass not to work hard for little food , but rather eat grass in the feilds,  can you tell a hog , to  stop eating indiscriminately the stools of other creatures,    can you tell a camel to stop chewing thorns and enjoying the blood taste from a cut tongue that the thorns have inflicted . Animals work strictly under lower bodily modes , humans should act as humans,  with sensitivity and control of senses , and in doing so, they will  automatically  discover why they have been awarded human forms , in the deeper aspects of a controlled mind .
