Western democracy has boiled down to successive failures in the election process worldwide , and even if a so-called fair election takes place , ( funded by private enterprises) along with lobbying interests , still the result is an unqualified leader and ministers constantly changing departments in which they have no extensive knowledge of , leading to repeated foolish decisions and inadequacy in practically all policies. The Vedic autocratic system means permanent Vipras or learned men in their respective fields , permanently in place carrying out duties under a permanent leader , a saintly king , who cares for his people, and who always has the business class under his care and supervision , not , as in modern democracies the political leaders are under influences of private enterprises who pay for political funding .
The saintly king is guided only by the intelligentsia, the Vipras and the brahmanas.
All the Vipras and Brahminical classes naturally practice democracy amongst themselves to bring maximum efficiency in their duties that benefit all living beings and, of course, the environment.
