Autocratic systems include democracy within Vedic culture in many ways. Firstly, there was democracy amongst the Brahminical classes and both they and the ruling classes were accustomed to listening to the needs of even an ant ,what to speak of a human population , image if David Attenborough were in charge of the oceans of the world , he would be concerned for the well being of all those that dwell in the oceans .
